The Danger of Youthful Flames

"I-I think we lost her", Sayaka pants as we hid in a classroom.

"What the hell was that about? Do people really think that I'm a superhero or something?", I groan.

"Well, a few people have been spreading their own versions about what happened to you...", Sayaka says.

"Like what?", I ask.

"Well, Hifumi's been telling people that there were fifteen attackers. He said that before you saved Natsumi you entered your Awakened form and defeated all fifteen attackers with one ki blast, whatever the heck that is. And then he said you and Natsumi", her face blushes and she looks away, "Had sex immediately afterward...."

"That perverted bastard! I'll kill him!", I yell.

"And Hiro said you used your psychic abilities to stop the killer's ****", Sayaka giggles.

"I wish it was something as impressive as that. I just blocked the hit and passed out. Pretty lame if you ask me...", I sigh as I take a seat on a chair and look downwards.

Sayaka walks up to me, gently grabs my chin with her fingers and makes me look up at her, "It doesn't matter how boring or flashy it was. All that matters is the fact that you were there and you did what you did. To me and everyone else at this school, you're a hero"

Sayaka leans down towards me and gently kisses my lips. I immediately kiss her back and slip my tongue into her mouth. Sayaka moans softly before she separates her lips from mine.

"We're being watched", she whispers.

She must be talking about the security camera. There's one in every classroom.

I smirk, "Let them enjoy the show"

Suddenly someone from behind me puts a knife to my throat, "Sorry kiddos, but no PDA in the school building! Had to learn that the hard way"

I gulp, "S-Sorry Miss Yukizome! Won't happen again!"

Chisa whispers into my ear, "Lying is a sin, John"

Chisa removes the knife from my neck and stand infront of Sayaka and I, "Look, I understand what it's like to be a teenager. But if you're gonna do it, already do it in a private area. I caught Teruteru peeking on you two! You need to be much more careful!"

"S-Sorry ma'am! I was just trying to cheer John up", Sayaka explains.

"Which is my second problem! How many girls are you planning on leading on, John?!", Chisa asks me with anger in her voice.

"Huh?", I ask.

"Mahiru, Ibuki, Mikan and Sayaka?! I thought you were supposed to be a hero! Instead, you're the very definition of a womanizer!", Chisa yells.

"Wait, now you've added Mikan to the list of girls?", I ask.

"It's obvious from how she looks at you! But don't avoid the subject!", Chisa says as she gets in my face, "Are you just planning on using this girls? They care about you very much"

"It's not my fault they like me! It's because of my stupid talent!", I explain, "I'm just being myself and they seem to like it"

"You are just doing it for the sex aren't you?! Men like you make me sick", Chisa pulls her knife out again.

"Did you even listen to a word I said?! Besides I'm a virgin!", I yell.

"U-Um guys?", Sayaka says nervously.

Me and Chisa both turn to Sayaka and yell, "WHAT?!"

That's when we see that standing at the doorway is every student in Class 77. A few of them are filming this on their phones while others are laughing. Mahiru is facepalming with a bright red face. Mikan is blushing while looking at the floor. And Ibuki is pretending not to notice us.

"H-How much of that did you guys hear?", I ask.

A pink haired guy with sharp teeth laughs, "Oh, we didn't hear a lot, only the good stuff"

He begins to play a looping audio track of me saying, "I'm a virgin".

"I wonder if people will still consider you a hero after this!", Hiyoko snickers.

"You better not show my little sister anything about him being a womanizer! She'll be heart broken!", Fuyuhiko yells.

But I'm not even dating Natsumi!

Without looking up from her game, Chiaki asks, "Is the lover's quarrel over yet?"

Everyone starts laughing again as me and Chisa realize how close we are to each other.

Chisa blushes and jumps back, "Ahem, h-how about we call it a day? Class is dismissed"

A girl with long blonde hair starts giggling, "It seems Miss Yukizome may have fallen under John's spell"

"A love spell? How can a low level demon like him possess such powerful magic? Are the rumors true?", a pale man with black and white hair, a red eye and a grey eye says.

"Did none of you hear me?! Class is dismissed!", Chisa yells as her blush intensifies.

After a few more laughs, the class goes their separate ways. The only students from the class that remain are Mahiru, Hiyoko and Chiaki.

I'm pretty sure Chiaki is still here only cause she's way to caught up in her game. Don't know about the other two.

"Um, Miss Yukizome, I think you have the wrong idea about John", Mahiru says.

"Yeah, he's a stupid pigshit, but he isn't hurting anyone", Hiyoko shrugs, "He's been making Mahiru happy"

I don't know whether that first comment from Hiyoko was a compliment or an insult.

"Well, I'm just worried about seeing one of you hurt. The flames of youthful love surrounding John are sure to burn you if you get to close", Chisa says with a worried look.

Mahiru smiles at me, "I'm more than willing to take the risk".

"And if he does anything to hurt Mahiru, I'll beat the snot out of him", Hiyoko glares at me.

I laugh nervously, "I-I promise I won't hurt anyone!"

Sayaka giggles, "Are you actually afraid of a cutie like her?"

"You've seen what the rest of her class is like. She could be just as insane as the rest of them", I whisper.

Chisa sighs, "Fine, maybe John isn't a rotten orange. He might be the hero I originally thought he was"

"I wouldn't go that far", I chuckle.

Chisa points at me, "You better take good care of my students! Or I'll throw you out like the rotten orange you are!"

I gulp, "Y-Yes ma'am! I'm sorry for raising my voice earlier!"

Chisa smiles, "That's the type of polite attitude I expect from the Ultimate Boyfriend. I'll be keeping my eye on you"

Chisa then leaves the classroom an hands for the teachers lounge.

I sigh happily and smile at Mahiru and Hiyoko, "Thanks for the help you two! I owe you one"

"Only one? Geez, you owe me atleast ten for saving your sorry ass!" Hiyoko scoffs.

Mahiru giggles,"It's kind of my fault that you got into that situation anyway. Chisa was just worrying about us. I'm sure once she gets to know you better, she'll be a lot nicer to you"

I smirk, "So what she says earlier was true? You have a crush on me?"

Mahiru face becomes as red as her hair, "W-Well, um, h-hey Hiyoko we need to get going right?"

"Huh? I didn't think we had plans", Hiyoko asks with confused look.

Mahiru grabs Hiyoko's hand and runs off. Leaving only me, Sayaka and Chiaki.

"Looks like we have another member of the John fan member", Sayaka laughs.

"There's a fan club for me, now?", I chuckle.

"Yep and Im the leader of it", Sayaka smirks.

I'm surprised about how cool Sayaka is with my relationships with theses other girls. I know the two of us aren't dating, but from my past experiences I'd figure she'd be filled with jealousy.

"Why would I be jealous? I know my relationship with you is different from your relationship with other girls", Sayaka giggles, "I'm not jealous because there's no way I'm going to lose to them!"

"Your intuition is crazy", I laugh.

"So, where too next?", Sayaka asks.

"I know it's a strange request. But, I want to check out the Reserve Department next", I explain, "I wanna know about the environment Natsumi and Sato were in so I can understand what lead to their conflict"

"If you're going to the Reserve Department, I could take you guys", Chiaki says, still not looking up from her game, "I was about to meet my friend"

"You're friends with someone from the Reserve Department?", I ask.

"Yeah, he was the one I was telling you about earlier. Come on, he should be getting out of class in a few minutes", Chiaki says as she starts walking.

I look at Sayaka and smile, "Shall we?"

Sayaka holds my hand and leans against my arm, "Follow that shortcake"

"I'm not a shortcake, I'm Chiaki", the shortcake says with her cheeks puffed out.

"I was just joking!", Sayaka laughs as we begin to follow Chiaki.

The Reserve Department is full of students that don't possess a special talent or ability like the Primary Department students do. In actuality, I'd probably fit in better with them. Was their something strange about their environment that lead to Natsumi and Sato's conflict? What made Natsumi bully Mahiru in the first place? Hopefully I'll find those answers.
