The CRU, or Character Relocation Union

Driving around to the back of one of the buildings, Zel backed up his water solar powered character transportation truck to the loading dock.

Gently feeling his truck connect with the impact absorbing docking mechanism, Zel heard the click at meant he was secured to the loading area.

Stepping out for the truck, Zel looked like a typical delivery man wearing his grey CRU uniform and hat. Arriving at the back of the truck, he grabbed a remote control, and used it to open the large industrial door to the area he was docked in.

Once the door was open, another button caused a long arm to come out from above a type of conveyer belt. All that was left was to open the door to the truck which was transporting all of the characters marked for reassignment.
