The Brax Wave Riders

Unlike most of the guilds, Brax houses the most laid back Hunters in the land. Many have spent time at sea at one point due to the fishing and sea trade business of Brax. As such they are the most skilled at hunting aquatic monsters. The best of this branch are known as the "Wave Riders."

Roland Ceasar:

Age: 41

Hair: Black with some grey.

Group: Shadow Hunters

Weapons: Harpoon and a sword for backup.

Quote: "Ah just worry about it tomorrow. Look at those waves! Its a great day to be out on a boat. Its not like repairing the guild's roof can't wait another day or so."

Roland was a fisherman for most of his younger days. He enjoyed the water and spent many a day lounging on the deck of the ship he worked on. He took up being a Shadow Hunter when a sea serpent ate one of his crew mates. It took him three years to track the beast but he finally killed it with a harpoon to the brain.

Roland guides the younger Hunters most days, preferring to either be on a ship or lounging than actually hunting. He is a good Hunter but too laid back to be on the front lines without a good cause. It was him and the branch Elder that made a truce with the Ironhorn Minotaur clan.

Sheila Basset:

Hair: brown and braided down her back

Group: Shadow Hunters

Magic: Strong Wind-based Magic, some healing magic

Weapons: Bow and rapier for backup.

Quote: "I hope this hunt doesn't take too long. I've got a new song I wanted to sing tonight. I need to be rehearsing this right now!"

Sheila is a young headstrong woman working at the Brax branch. She is called the "Minstrel" because she spends every night singing and playing music her favorite tavern.

She joined the Hunters because her mother and father were hunters before her. She would much rather travel the country singing her songs, but she does feel the need to continue her family's legacy.

Samuel Weissman

Age: 30

Sex: Male

Hair: blonde.

Facial hair: only on mornings he forgets to shave...

Race: Human

Group: Shadow Hunters

Magic: None

Weapons: Twin axes

Quote: "Sheila you are so damn annoying! Stop trying to sing to the monster and just kill it already! Take one of your arrows or that cute little sword of yours and shove it up his ass!" (This later earned him a smack across his face. Not because of his language but because he told her to stop singing.)

Samuel "Sam" is the best fighter in the Wave Riders. A former pirate, he now hunts monsters after losing his crew to the Leviathan. He often comes across as moody or rude, but he has a good heart and can be very shy around beautiful women. He is a large man, standing a foot taller than most with the extra muscles to go with it.

Used to being on a ship with no women around, he rarely wears a shirt and talks like a drunken sailor. He is often being scolded by either Roland or the Elder for his lack of manners.

Fidget and Tremble

Age: 21 and 26 respectively

Sex: Female and Male Respectively

Cup Size (Fidget only): DD

Hair: Long blonde hair and short blond hair respectively

Facial hair: none for either

Race: Sea Nymphs

Group: Shadow Hunters

Magic: Strong Water-based Magic and some healing magic for both

Weapons: Whip (Fidget) and Pike (Tremble)

(Fidget): "Its such a nice day out. Maybe I'll finally meet the man of my dreams and we can sail way together. Oh well, guess I better kill this ogre first, then worry about Mr. Right."

(Tremble): "Hey Sammy! Come on man lets have another match! Time for best 200 our of 500 right?"

Sea Nymphs that were saved by Roland and Samuel from a ship attacked by a baby kraken. The ship was a **** ship and the pair of nymphs were the only survivors. The **** master had given them the names Fidget and Tremble because that was what they did when he threatened them.

Fidget's sultry form could make her famous on stage as a dancer or as a high priced prostitute. She is quick on her feet and has a good head on her shoulders. She always works with her partner Tremble. She is laid back and often sings with Sheila in the taverns. Unlike most Nymphs, her partner Tremble included, she has held back her sex drive and wishes to find someone to settle down with.

Tremble is about the height of an average human man, but his face and body look to be carved by the Divine Father himself. Nymphs are notorious for their beauty and Tremble is no exception. Because of this he has taken many a tavern maid to bed. He isn't as smart as Fidget so he lets her come up with the plans. Often he is the point man while she strikes the finishing blow. Although he doesn't have the muscles that Samuel has, he likes to challenge him to arm wrestling matches just to see how good he can do.
