Third, you've marked a private clinic in a fancier area of the city. The ratings are absolutely top notch and the comments also suggest that there are no dissatisfied customers. Upon further investigation, you find out that the clinic performs cosmetic surgery, sex change operations on demand, and even government-approved DNA adjustments. No prices are given directly, but based on the offer you guess that their services should be quite expensive.

The fourth place you highlighted, strangely cannot be directly determined. It is a seemingly randomly placed marker in the city's storage district. But as a comment you added that Tim recommends this place to you when you need money. You can't make sense out of it. But the comment leads you to believe that you can easily make money there with a sex change. This sounds like something shady like prostitution is going on there, but based on a sparse information you are not sure.

Besides these four specially marked places, there are a lot of other places that will offer you for a sex change operation. All these places have different ratings and comments, which indicates different advantages and benefits compared to the basic offer.
