"Test subject has completed accepted her new form. Labs came back confirming her changes have stabilized. She is completely submissive to members of the opposite sex. She is completely devoted to us for helping her realize her true dream of being a woman... As a precaution I've ordered all records of this preliminary test to be destroyed. Those deemed non essential personnel have been given their first doses of the drug.
