Test Leverage on Emma

Dev put on a heavy, raspy voice: "Emma, you said your case has got you down a little. Is there anything else on your mind, perhaps eating away at you? Anything else that might be making you so stressed?" Dev put his hand on her shoulder hoping to add to the effect. He peered into her eyes to reach her soul and find answers buried deep inside. In the end... he finds nothing.

Emma only raised her eyebrow in confusion. She found it weird to be asked something like that out of the blue. "Ummm... no. Dev, sorry I'm a little occupied right now so maybe I'm not making sense of what you're saying. Next time, let's talk about work though, okay?"

Emma rejected Dev's insinuation. She ranks higher in the firm as a Solicitor, so has a higher Resolve than Dev. Dev cannot use his powers effectively against Emma and as a result he embarassed himself in front of his superiors. If he keeps using his powers in failure, his reputation will deteriorate further. (When Reputation reaches 0, Dev is fired and you lose the game)
