Terri joins you to plan what to do next.

After you're finished, both of you gaze into each others eyes and start to lean forward. Terri's face is similar to Jackie's, and with your eyes still fuzzy from crying, your mind doesn't see the differences at first. But as you get closer, you recognize it as your mother-in-law and hesitate for a moment. Jackie however has closed her eyes, and you see Terri's lips waiting, puckering, slightly open, pink and full, slightly moist, luscious, very desirable. A sense of taboo, forbidding, and guilt rack your mind stopping you even though you know it is really Jackie inside. But your love fights back forcing your eyes closed and pushing your mouth timidly forward until it touches hers.

As if in a stalemate, your lips only lightly caress hers feeling an electric sensation at the slight difference that is both thrilling and scary. On the one hand it feels so right as your breath merges your souls, but the physical and spirit are in conflict. You try to imagine Jackie's face and body, but it only exacerbates your knowledge that she and her mom have swapped.

You break off way to soon, though leaving a lasting impression that kissing Terri's form is not revolting and even pleasing. However, you will have to resolve the conflict in your mind because the physical is prominent holding you hostage to your true feelings.

Jackie doesn't seem to mind the short kiss. Her face is again aglow with color as if the sparkle in her eyes has lit up her whole face, although it is but the light through the window that has you both in its beams.

"Oh, so there you are," comes Jackie's voice echoing through the sanctuary.

You turn to see Terri still in the wedding dress come floating silently down the aisle. You squint and blink at the apparition letting loose of Jackie so you can rub your fists in your eyes to make sure what you're seeing. When she gets close you notice she is caring her shoes and take two steps forward to greet her. A smile forms on you both as you open your arms and embrace. You lift and spin her around as you kiss just like you would Jackie. When you set her back down, you watch her rosy lips as they open and close barely hearing the words.

"Everyone is waiting out front to throw rice as we get into the limo," she says taking your hand and pulling you back down the aisle.

You start to follow until you hear Jackie call, "What about me? What are we going to do now?"

"Mom, relax," Terri says which strikes you as peculiar since no one else is around and she could use real names. "Judy leaves tomorrow for two weeks of camp. You can catch a flight up and join us. You're already off work and told everyone you needed a break from all the planning and work you've done on the wedding."

Jackie looks confused at first, possibly the same way you did as Terri talks to her as if she really was the physical form she possesses. Her countenance changes as Terri outlines the plan, and she relaxes and nods at the end.

"So wise and yet so beautiful," you compliment Terri and give her a quick peck as you normally do with Jackie. Then you turn and take Jackie's hand while your eyes beam longing love dispelling her worry of your action and the time you'll be apart. "Everything will be fine, and we'll find a fix when you join us, Mom," you tease her as you squeeze her hand the way you always do with Jackie to indicate your love.

Terri again takes your hand, and you hold on to Jackie with the other as the three of you briskly head to the front door to make your exit.
