There was ****. Terri had worked far too hard for too long to botch this chance right now-- she had just become a member of the BB Brigade! Admittedly, this could've been avoided if she hadn't gone hunting for Marigold's dirty, sexy underwear, but that was in the past now. She could only look forward if she wanted to get out of this situation with her cosplay career intact, at least for now.
First thing: hide the evidence. Terri didn't have time to properly dispose of her discarded leggings, which meant that this would be a bit of a shoddy job. But Marigold wasn't a detective, and if she hid her tracks well enough, Terri knew that Mari might not even look around. It could be business as usual.
There was only one place the leggings could be hidden easily: under Marigold's bed. She could come back for them later, after she knew that Marigold was out of the room. So Terri kicked them under as hard as she could, hoping that they weren't damaged in the process. Joy and Lynn would kill her if they were, and they would ask questions that she didn't have the right kind of answers to.
Second was finding a hiding spot for herself. Problem was, the weekend had only just begun. Not to mention the fact that Mari was a notoriously light packer and an all-around neat person, which meant that the room was practically bare. This would've been much easier if she had been caught snooping around for Lynn's panties, but she was beyond that now. Terri looked around. There was a cabinet under the TV, and a closet. There was the bed, of course. And then there were the curtains. She just had to choose which place to hide in.
