Terri books it.

There was ****. Terri had worked far too hard for too long to botch this chance right now-- she had just become a member of the BB Brigade! Admittedly, this could've been avoided if she hadn't gone hunting for Marigold's dirty, sexy underwear, but that was in the past now. She could only look forward if she wanted to get out of this situation with her cosplay career intact, at least for now.

First thing: hide the evidence. Terri didn't have time to properly dispose of her discarded leggings, which meant that this would be a bit of a shoddy job. But Marigold wasn't a detective, and if she hid her tracks well enough, Terri knew that Mari might not even look around. It could be business as usual.

There was only one place the leggings could be hidden easily: under Marigold's bed. She could come back for them later, after she knew that Marigold was out of the room. So Terri kicked them under as hard as she could, hoping that they weren't damaged in the process. Joy and Lynn would kill her if they were, and they would ask questions that she didn't have the right kind of answers to.

Second was dealing with Terri herself. Well, she hadn't spent all that time at school doing laps for no reason. She was one of the best runners in the tri-state area, and she had the butt to prove it. If she wanted to make it out of this situation without looking like a fool and a pervert, then running was her only option. She could always come back for the leggings later-- she knew where the BB Brigadiers kept their key cards, after all.

Marigold would come out of the bathroom at any minute, Terri knew it. She had to go now.

Terri bolted from the room, throwing the door open and disappearing through it and into the hallway. She left it swinging shut behind her as she took off. Terri didn't even think until she left the room about the fact that her discarded leggings meant that she was now running down the hallway of a busy hotel in the middle of a convention in just her cosplay Union Jack panties.
