Telling Cremea and Fio.

"You idiots!" Cremea shouted after they got back. "Kazuma I can understand, he's not from this world, so he had no way of knowing, but you guys should have known better than to take that quest!"

"And now you're telling us you got him killed?" Fio seethed. "What were you thinking!?"

"I didn't know about it either, and it was Aqua's idea," Megumin sold Aqua out with zero hesitation.

"...I was expecting to take the beating," Darkness admitted sheepishly. "Sadly, only my sword got broken..."

"I DID bring him back!" Aqua huffed.

"After you got him killed to begin with!" Cremea raged, smacking Aqua upside the head.

"Hey hey, go easy, I already got revenge on her for her stupidity," Kazuma remarked, currently wearing a blanket on his top half for warmth, frustratingly trying to get the blood out of his shirt and scarf. Sadly, bloodstains we stubborn motherfuckers...

"Even so, what if you got killed for good!?" Fio protested. "I don't want to lose a guy I like!"

"Me either!" Cremea agreed... Before they both froze, realizing what they had just admitted.

"...what was that, girls?" Kazuma asked interestedly, barely holding back a grin.

"...nothing, forget it!" Cremea huffed, crimson in the face. "Just... Just be more careful, and take quests that seem too good to be true with a grain of salt, alright?"

"Especially if the idiot suggests it!" Fio concurred.

"Quit calling me that!" Aqua whined.

"I've already made that resolution, don't worry," Kazuma replied, internally grinning. Fio and Cremea were slowly but surely getting drawn in and seduced to his harem...

(I had considered writing out Kazuma's death, but it was just too convenient a way of getting that meeting with Eris, plus, tricking Cremea and Fio into admitting the feelings they're starting to develop XD.)
