Tell your assistant you'll meet her downstairs

"Alright, alright," you groan, just loud enough for Aeola to hear from the other side of the door.

It's early, and you just woke up. A Gray Elf banging on your door isn't exactly your idea of a nice way to start the day. You glance down at the tent in your shorts - morning wood at its finest.

"I'm up," you call, somewhat louder this time. You mutter to yourself, "In more ways than one."

You aren't sure whether Aeola heard that. You start moving around the room, getting yourself together and ready to go for the day.

"Very good, sir," Aeola answers. "I do apologize for the rude awakening this morning, but as I said, there is already much on the staff's agenda, in addition to your requested meeting today."

"It's alright, Aeola," you interrupt, not giving her another opportunity to list off the day's activities for the entire team. "Next time, though, let's think of some more interesting ways to start the day. Maybe send one of the maids up instead. I'd rather be aroused from bed than simply roused, you see."

"Very well. I'm sure Head Maid Rini or one of the others is also an early enough riser to assist," your assistant replies. You think you hear something in her voice - it could be amusement, it could be arousal, or it could even be a hint of jealousy. It's hard to guess with the notorious Gray Elf stoicism.

"I mean, alternatively, next time you could just come in here and 'get me up' yourself," you say, smiling to yourself. "But in the meantime, why don't you head down to the main hall? I'll meet you down there in a few minutes."

"I will do that, sir," Aeola answers, either ignoring your comment or simply unsure of how to respond at this time. "I shall see you in a few minutes."

You hear the faint sound of her steps heading down the hall as you finish dressing. Time to face the day!
