Tell the truth

You look over her, trying to figure out if you can trust her as you reply, "Regrettably, no I did not.... I couldn't risk a fight with my sister in the room, especially since I don't know how many people are after me..."

"Oh ... ok," she replies nervously, pausing for a moment as she visibly shaken by the fact that the assassin could still be after her. "It was just the one man... at least that I saw..." She says softly, her eyes avoiding yours.

"One man huh...?" You reply inquisitively,. "Anything stand out about him...?

She looks in your eyes fearfully as she responds, "Yeah... he looked very rough... and he had a hook for a hand..."

"I know the man... always works alone..." You reply, at least relieved there isn't anyone waiting in the outskirts of town.

Looking away, Rachael asks, "So um... do you have a plan... or um... are you just running...?"
