While all you really want to do is ignore the television and keep on living your new life, you know that you can't. This is a little town and despite your best efforts, you know people will definitely see how much Everett Jones looks like missing Lexus Halpas. Part of you hopes that they would keep you a secret. Little towns are notorious for ignoring things that would cause a ruckus to their quiet life style. Then again, you can name a few families around here **** enough to turn you in for the reward attached to your safe return...

You only have a few options here. You could try to leave town and start over again. The work you've done at the farm and around town have given you a nice little cushion in case of an emergency. It wouldn't be hard to get a bus ticket all the way out to California. But you really don't want to start over again, you had really made a place for yourself here. Jack and Joseph have become family to you, you really do not want to leave them behind.

Maybe you could go to the police? They might be able to help you. The breeding center your father sold you too is most definitely illegal and it would be their duty to protect you. Then again, you know how crooked cops can be. The right amount of cash could easily sway them to keep quiet. And you have no idea what your father has said about your disappearance, the news broadcast was very vague on that point. If they think you are a danger to yourself or crazy based on your father's words they would return you in an instant.

Slowly you come to the realization that you need help. You can't solve this problem on your own, at least not permanently. You **** yourself to return to the farm, knowing you have no other option but to come clean to the people who took you in.

They are already in their living room, quietly discussing something when you come in. Their attention comes to you and you find yourself blurting out your story so quickly you're afraid they won't understand a word of it. The three of you stand in silence, you waited with baited breath to see how they react.
