Suely every teacher would be out and about, either teaching in a class or already out looking for students. Surely it'd be a safe place to hide if only for a while.
Running up some staits and down some corridors, you slid to a halt in front of the door that lead to the teachers lounge. You silently prayed the solid door wasn't locked as you reached for the handle and turned it.
