Tea Time

"Ah, here we all are," Aunt Maude said as she slowly walked into Jake's old room carefully carrying a cup of tea on a saucer.

Emma desperately tried not to look guilty or aroused as her Aunt entered. She had the haunting feeling that she was failing to hide either. Luckily her Uncle was a bit more composed.

"Perfect timing, Darling. Our little guest was getting a bit emotional and this hot cup of comfort couldn't be any more welcome," Edward said as he gently handed the cup from Maude to Emma, turning to hide the obvious erection in his pants as he did so.

"Oh, Emmy," Maude said, looking almost tearful herself, "My sister and I may have had our differences but know that I miss her as much as you. You look flushed and near tears. Come on, Husband, let us leave our guest to get some rest." She grabbed Edward and pulled him towards the door.

"Dinner is in about two hours, Emmy. Why don't you just rest until then. We'll wake you when it's done," Maude said as she ushered her husband out the door.

Emma sat on the edge of Jake's bed and drank her tea. She felt a wave of guilt wash over her, making her nauseous. Luckily the tea helped both that and her nerves. Deciding the best way to deal with everything right now was avoidance, she took her Aunt's advice.

Setting the tea cup down on the night stand and throwing the covers of the bed back, Emma prepared to take a nap.
