You know perfectly well that you haven't worn clothes since your eighteenth birthday.

Upon hearing her husband Jarred say she's been naked since her eighteenth birthday as in for the last fourteen years the still completely naked, barefoot and increasingly freaked out Taylor gasps out loud, her jaw drops and she goes into an almost trance-like state.

Furthermore, as the still completely naked, barefoot and increasingly freaked out Taylor remains frozen in shock due to hearing her husband Jarred say she's been naked for at least fourteen years she immediately assumes that Jarred must be playing some type of weird joke on her.
