Tara Mooney (F, brunette, bully, drug dealer)

Tara doesn't have good grades, nor does she have a lot of friends, but she does have a reputation. There are rumors that she's been arrested multiple times (she has), or that she's actually 21 years old and has been held back from graduating over and over and switched to different schools so no one knows (also true), or that she'll sell you almost any drug that you want, and gives out interesting, sometimes inappropriate discounts for them (again... very true)

Tara doesn't give a shit about college or her future in general. She certainly doesn't give a shit about prom and would never even consider going unless there's something pretty good in it for her.
