Talk to the goth-looking redhead

He decided to talk to the redhead. He waited for Weiss' tirade to end when the girl with a bow cut into the conversation. He could not hear what they were saying, but judging from their reactions, Weiss was proud, then become offended. With a huff, the Schnee heiress left, still dusting off soot from her pearly white clothes. The girl with the bow left too, leaving the redhead alone.

"Wow. That Weiss Schnee huh?" He can see that she was frazzled, her eyes teary and her face flushed. It looked like she was about to cry, but she managed to reel back the tears. "I could hear it from the landing pad."

"Yeah, she was loud. I've said 'I'm sorry' a bunch of times, but..." She shrugged. "I guess I have a negative friend already, and classes haven't even started yet."

"Well, life's tough, kid."

"I'm not a kid! I just look like one but I'm already eighteen!" The girl almost yelled, face red and her voice filled with anxiety and frustration. "I drink plenty of milk, thank you very much!"

She was not lying on the milk part, Cardin thought. While her frilly skirt and tall boots barred any hint of the shape of her bottom and show of skin, her rather form-fitting top hinted of ample bosoms, judging from the size of the covered cleavage.

"Okay, calm down, uhh..." Cardin felt a slight warmth on his ring finger. He thought nothing of it until the irate girl started to calm down rather quickly. "What's your name?"

"Ruby Rose," Ruby smiled as if she was not about to burst a blood vessel seconds ago, "I'm sorry for going off on you like that." She shrank into herself, with her hands poised to raise her hood.

"I'm Cardin Winchester, and don't be so shy with me, Rose." There was it again, the heat coming from the ring. It was strange. When he told her to calm down at first, she followed. He studied the ring again, not realizing that Ruby had lowered her hood and was charging towards him.

"Wait! Winchester? Like THE Winchester Arms?!" She grabbed his arm with enthusiastic glee, her excitement getting the better of her sense of personal space. He felt the rush of recognition as she was short of bouncing on her heels. "I'm a huge fan! I buy boxes of rounds from your stores!" She clung to him, his arm trapped betwixt her soft breasts. He waited for her to realize that only to rub herself up and down against him excitedly. "I usually get the incendiary rounds but the penetrators are my fave!"

"Yeah, we make the best in the business." Despite her choice of clothes, Ruby was upbeat. He was not sure if Ruby was even listening as she rambles about guns and ammo. As they made their way to the main hall, he thought of ways he could test the ring on his new companion. People must think they are lovers with the way she wraps herself around him. "Ruby, how about we stick together?"

"Sure!" Ruby smiled at him with childish glee.

Maybe he should help Ruby outgrown her shyness.
