Talia creates a harem

Talia decides she does not need to abide by monogamy. She creates a harem of her lovers: Batman, Bane, Deathstroke, and Red Hood.

She would marry Tim Drake who impresses her with his immense intellect and Green Arrow who is also exceptional but she lets her family members Maat and Nyssa marry them. Talia can still sleep and have kids with them anyway.

However, she does not let her marriages be one sided. She lets her husbands marry assassins that she approves of. Batman marries Andrea Beaumont, Penumbra, Sasha Bordeaux and Batwoman (Kathy Kane). Red Hood marries Rose Wilson and Essence. Deathstroke marries Adeline Kane and Patricia Trayce. Bane marries no one else but gets to knock up many beautiful assassins, his favorite being Whip.

Talia rewards her family as well.

Ra's gets his previously dead wives, plus Black Canary 1 who he is very much attracted to.

Nyssa al Ghul marries Green Arrow. Nyssa allows him to marry Shado and Black Canary 2.

Maat Shabib marries Tim Drake. Matt allows him to marry Stephanie Brown.

Dick and Roy are now considered part of the family due to their relations with Batman and Arrow.

Nightwing marries Barbara Gordon, Betty Kane, and Tarantula.

Roy Harper marries Jade Nyugen.
