Taking a challenge!

"Well, I'm Kazuma, one of Megumin's companions!" Kazuma declared. "Nice to meet you Yunyun!"

"Eh? You're not gonna make fun of my name?" Yunyun asked in surprise.

"Not at all! A weird name says nothing about a person... Plus, I intend to ignore some odd names already in favor of ones like "Crazy Explosion Girl.""

"Now you're just asking for a fight!" Megumin huffed.

"Don't fight him, fight me!" Yunyun protested. "I've got a score to settle with you!"

"It's cold, I'm not interested," Megumin shot her down as she started to walk away. "Kazuma, let's head back and take a nice hot bath!"

"Don't go!" Yunyun pleaded, following.

"You don't seem to be taking me seriously... I just vaporized eight toads in a single blast... Can you say the same?" Megumin asked Yunyun.

"Technically, she took out more than you," Kazuma pointed out.

"Well yeah, but there are still bodies left behind from her efforts," Megumin retorted.

"Morbid boast..." Kazuma sweat dropped as Yunyun sweat from the admittedly high difference in power between her and Megumin, even if she was more versatile.

"Not only that, but my Explosion also helped defeat the allegedly invincible Destroyer!" Megumin further boasted.

"Regardless, even if I can't win, I must face you if I am to take my place as the leader of the Crimson Demon Clan!" Yunyun asserted.

"...fine, but I don't have enough magic to fight you in an Arch Wizard duel today... How about martial arts? You were always good at that," Megumin suggested.

"Eh? But you never even showed up to martial arts classes half the time! Even when you did you just walked back in forth in front of me the whole time until I challenged you so you could take my lunch!"

"You're pathetic," Kazuma told Megumin dully.

"No I'm not!" Megumin huffed. "My family's finances were terrible, and I barely had anything to eat! It was a life or death situation! And I always waited on her to do the challenging, so no one could accuse me of extortion!"

"...okay, I can relate to being poor," Kazuma conceded.

"Very well! You're on!" Yunyun declared.
