Taken home

Lauren's mother rose and shook hands with the dean. Lauren reluctantly rose up, clutching the jacket shut nervously, before her mother grasped her shoulder and tugged her away. Lauren squeaked, stumbling barefoot. Her heels had been lost in that humiliating game of keep away. Her mother led her through the school, then out to the car where Lauren was practically thrown into the passenger seat.

They drove back to the house in silence. Lauren was scared to speak up, even though she wanted to tell her mother that she hadn't been streaking! Well, she'd sort of flashed the school, but it had totally gone wrong! How was she supposed to know her perfect body had magically vanished! Then the cheerleaders stole her jacket and it had all gotten even more embarrassing...

Lauren's bitter musings were interrupted as they arrived back at the house. Lauren emerged from her car, her mother once more rather forcefully grabbing her bicep and guiding her back into their home.

In the living room Vanessa and Daryl seemed to be waiting around for them. Vanessa looked Lauren over, raising an eyebrow.

"Hey, that's my coat!" She pointed out.

"You took your sister's clothes?!" Michelle shook her head. "In addition to everything else, you're stealing as well?! Take the coat off right now and give it to your sister!"

"But... but..." Lauren stammered, well aware she was only wearing lingerie underneath...
