Take them back to base

Sasuke chuckled as he continued to let his rivals turned dogs lick and kiss his face. They definitely were much nicer like this. But, as much as he wanted to find more pray to add to his growing harem, he knew it wouldn't be smart to stay out here. He had already lost Shizuka and didn't want to risk other girls getting away. Tsunade is not someone to underestimate.

"Come on girls, let's go back to base." He said, and Tsume and Hana followed him like the obedient oblivious pups they were.

When he returned to the Samui's secret base, he saw his women all paused in their various poses, as if they were politely waiting for his arrival. He thought he'd mess around with them. Their obliviousness to his power over them is something that can't get old.

In their quest to stop him, they only make him stronger. Samui handed her secret base to him, and now he has two more skilled ninja girls.

Bring it on Tsunade.

Meanwhile, back at Konoha in the Hokage's Office, Tsunade slammed her fist hard enough to crack the table in half.

When Tsunade's anger died down she sighed, "Shizune, order me a new table."

Shizune bowed, "Yes, Lady Tsunade." She walked away to follow Tsunade's command, just as Shizuka, Ino, and Sakura entered.

"Sasuke got away," Shizune said, her fists clenched.

Ino and Sakura bowed too. "Sorry, Lady Tsunade."

"It's alright." Tsunade sighed and rubbed her temple. "I assigned Tsume and her daughter to patrol the outer area of the village. Their reactions and reflexes are top-level. The only way they'd fall to his weapon would be if he somehow managed to catch them off guard."

"Should we go out and assist them?" Ino asked.

"No." Tsunade stood up and turned around to look through the window surveying the village. "I won't risk losing any more of my troops to him. It is time we inform the village of this threat," She turned her head, "Sakura, go and gather the village. We need to make it clear that Sasuke will not win."

"Yes, Tsunade-sama," Sakura bowed.

Minutes later, Tsunade had the entire village gathered as she stood up on a podium before them. "People of the Leaf. It has come to my attention that Sasuke has set his sights upon this village. Usually, we deal with his schemes fairly easily. But today, he has found a weapon that wields a powerful Jutsu. It is a remote, one that is seemingly able to grant control over others."

There was a gasp from the crowd as they murmured amidst each other.

"Do not worry," Tsunade reassured, "I can promise you personally that Sasuke will be stopped. My top of the line elites are on the case. But, to be sure of our success, I am issuing an on sight law. All citizens are now required to either report, detain, or eliminate Sasuke on sight. Be sure to be wary of his remote. Luckily it only works if it is aimed first, so if you see his remote, make sure he does not aim it at you."

While Tsunade was giving her message, off in the distance hidden within a tree located above Samui's secret cabin, Sasuke was crouched on a branch.

"Huh, so Tsunade is going big, huh?" Sasuke smirked. "Well, I love a good challenge. Bring it on. May the best win."

Just to test it out, he tried using the remote on Tsunade, since she was out in the open. But unfortunately, nothing happened. It seemed like there was a range limit.

"Lucky you," Sasuke mused, then he laughed and jumped back down into Samui's cabin. "Have fun preparing blonde boobie bitch. Cause once I'm done messing with these girls, I'm going to take you down."
