Isabella smiled at the man, “You seem very nice, monsieur. Would you escort me home? There is all manner of beasts in the woods.”

The man nodded, “Of course, I’d be happy to, Belle.”

Belle chuckled, “You have gotten the better of me.” Not realizing her name wasn’t Belle. “What is your name?”

“Chad, m’lady,” The man said, offering his arm. Belle took it and pulled in close to the man. She never felt so protected as she did at that moment. Not realizing that the man was walking her to her home without ever giving him directions.
