Take her outside.

It was clear to Mark by the way Emily was clinging to his arm like a scared child that she was very uncomfortable in this setting, so he decided to take her someplace that was a little less loud. Keeping her close, Mark worked his way through the crowd of warm bodies and tried to find an open spot, not an easy task giving that over half of the campus was here.

He eventually managed to make his way outside, where there were slightly fewer bodies and where things were a bit calmer. Granted, the calmness was mostly due to the number of couples making out.

"Are you feeling alright," he asked the red hair girl.

"I'm fine," she said, taking a deep breath, "Just claustrophobia. It will pass once we find someplace more secluded."

Mark blinked. "If you're claustrophobic, then why did you agree to go to a party with me."

"Well, you were the first boy to ask me out without making some crud comment about my ass or tits," she replied with a warm smile.

Mark chuckled before leading her around the corner of the building. There were significantly fewer people here, aside from a few couples making out on the side of the building. "This seemed like a good spot as any to get to know Emily a little better," Mark thought to himself. As a young couple hopped off of a nearby bench, both with sly smiles on their lips, Mark and Emily were quick to take their spot.

As they sat down, Mark hooked his arm around Emily's shoulder and hugged her close. The young woman blushed deeply as he looked into her emerald green eyes. Her soft red lips formed into a smile, again just begging to be kissed.
