Take Sayori to the nurse's office

You untied Sayori's hands. She pouted at you, but didn't try to escape you this time. Once her hands were untied, you rotated so your back was towards Sayori.

"Huh? What are you doing?" Sayori asked.

You looked back over your shoulder and rolled your eyes at her. "You might have hurt your ankle, so I don't want you walking until we've gotten it looked at. Grab on."

Sayori looked surprised, then delighted. "A piggy back ride? Yay!" She wrapped her arms around your neck.

You rolled your eyes again, but couldn't help but chuckle at her enthusiasm. You stood up, grabbing her legs so not all her weight was on your neck. "Will you two let Monika know what happened?" You asked Yuri and Natsuki.

They both nodded, and Natsuki said "Yeah, we'll fill her in. Go get Sayori to the nurse before she gets distracted and pulls you into an 'adventure'."

Following instructions, you took off at a brisk pace and made it to the nurse's office a couple minutes later. You got an odd look from a lone student who was still out in the hallways after classes, but you were more concerned about your friend.

Remembering that the club was officially a literature club, you told the nurse that Sayori had tripped while trying to keep you from seeing a poem she had written. The nurse chided you about being nosy while she examined Sayori's bruised head.

After also checking her ankle, the nurse said that Sayori had managed not to get any injuries that would be a risk of lasting problems, but she should be careful not to put a lot of weight on that foot and to put a cold pack or a frozen water bottle on the bruise when she got home.

"I'll walk home with you to make sure you don't have any trouble." You told Sayori as the two of you left the nurse's office.

Sayori smiled at you. "It'll be just like old times!" She then turned towards the back of the school at the same time you turned towards the entrance.

The two of you looked at each other for a moment, then Sayori frowned at you. "You meant right now? The club meeting is still going on."

"I'm sure they won't mind you dropping out early, especially since you're hurt and won't be able to participate."

Sayori shook her head. "I'm the vice president of the club, I can't just leave without saying anything!"

"The other girls were going to tell Monika what happened." You pointed out.

"Well... My stuff is still there, so we need to go back anyways!"

You paused, then sighed. Now that she pointed it out, your stuff was still there too. "Alright, fine."
