Swimming

"Well, there is the ocean to swim in," Jonas answered.

"Isn't that a bit dangerous?" Alex asked. "Blindfolded beachgoers going out into the ocean ad drowning?"

"Nah. They cordon off the water past a point. So you won't get too deep. And the rips wont be able to take you all the way out yonder. Not that there are any here anyway."

"But say I get confused and don't know where the surface is?"

"Well the human body has a great way of telling you where up is. Plus, you float."

Alex thought about her situation for a bit. "Are there lifeguards?"

"Everyone here has to be blindfolded, so it would be pretty inconsiderate for the lifeguards to be able to see everyone. Just relax. The water is safe, there hasn't ever been an incident here. Just don't do anything dumb. Stick to light swimming around here."

Alex theorised that that was probably an alright idea. She didn't want to swim laps or anything. A light frolic in the water should be sufficient.
