"What if I swapped with Melody?" You said, throwing Carrie completely off, her face becoming befuddled.

Melody was Carrie's friend. She had been friends with Carrie since college, but more important for your fetish, was pregnant. Not just normal pregnant either, stuffed to her stomachs limit with a set of twins which would be coming in a few months, if the information you'd heard at your dinner with her last week was accurate. "Is this a prank? Did Dave put you two up to this?" Melody asked, looking beyond glowing in her bulging sweatpants and pullover shirt; Carrie's smirk let you know she could tell you were gawking. You stepped in, explaining just how it worked, losing both women in technical details, but gaining Melody's genuine belief in your methods.

"We can try it, just for a bit; weren't you just saying you were excited to know what it was like to not be pregnant once again?" Carrie asked with her usual charm.

Melody laughed and rubbed her belly. "I meant that once I had these two. Not, you know, switching bodies with my friends boyfriend. But...." Her face grimaced, and you could tell she was dealing with a painful kick to the ribs. "Yes, it would be nice to you know, not be pregnant for a brief minute or two."

"Well. Um, yeah, we can start at only a minute or two." You say sheepishly. Life wasn't your porn stories. You could put up with getting a lifetime of enjoyment in five minute, if purely from the fact that you'd know what it felt like to a gravid woman.

Melody laughed her light laugh again. Carrie smiled.

"Well, Dave's not going to be home for quite some time. You two don't listen! " She points at her stomach. "...Hell...Why not? Having a rest from this stomach, and the kicks that come with it, sounds like fun. Damn the consequences!"

You blinked. You'd never imagined Melody being this....open about doing it. Even Carrie's a bit surprised. Melody looks relieved, like a freed prisoner, smiling at both of you. You're the first to stand.
