Suzy

You turn to see Suzy had bumped into you. She steps back to balance herself and sees you, a smile grows on her face. She then hugs you suddenly.

"Hey John! I didn't see you there. My b." She apologizes. You hear chuckling from a distance. You look up and see Olivia walking over to you two.

"I told you to calm down and walk slowly Suzy. Sorry about that John. We were just about to pick you up. You hungry?" Olivia asks.

"Yes I am. Are we getting dinner?" You respond. You turn to look at Olivia as you ask.

"You bet. Let's go." She answers as she turns around and walks.

Suzy lets go of you and follows Olivia, you do the same. Your trip back to the cafeteria is uneventful until you make it to the cafeteria doors. Said doors burst open as you see Stacy and the witch storm out the doors and make their way to the front doors.

"You asked for this wicked bitch of the west! This will be a lesson you won't forget! Never doubt the power of science." Stacy yells as she walks out.

"No. You are in need of a lesson here you vacuous harlot. Never anger a witch!" The witch screamed back as she followed Stacy outside.

Following behind both of them are several of your classmates. You notice Karyna, Helen and Ruby following close behind, grinning as they walk along. Thankfully, they pay your group no attention. Following behind them is the business woman, the pink reaper, the gecko, and the hipster. Shortly after, the paladin just walks out and heads to the direction of Mesmerra's office. You wonder if there's about to be a fight. You'd rather stay out of this and get some dinner.

"Let's just ignore that. I'm getting hungry." You propose.

"Yeah." Both Olivia and Suzy say in unison.

The three of you walk right into the cafeteria and notice that only Vesha and Tina are left in here. They notice your entry. Vesha nods while Tina waves to your group.

"I take it we missed the fun part?" Olivia asks as the three of you walk over to them. Vesha chuckles to that.

"Yes you did. You missed those two mocking each other. That led to insults and that led to a duel at the entrance." Vesha explains.

"It seems like we always miss the fun whenever we pass by here." You state. Olivia nods and gives a chuckle.

"That might be a blessing in disguise John." Olivia says as she turns to you. You chuckle and nod in response. That you won't argue with.

"Oh yeah. We decided to take up your advice from earlier. We headed over to see Charity." Tina speaks up. This grabs your attention.

"Oh. How did it go?" You ask. You're curious if Charity was able t help them.

"Why don't we talk about it after you three get some food. We haven't even eaten dinner properly this evening." Vesha proposes as she gives Tina a glance.

That's not a bad idea. Your group nods as the three of you makes your way over to get some grub. You decide to stop trying to figure out what you grab for your plate because it all taste great. Now that you're plate is full, your group makes it way back to Vesha and Tina, who seemed like they were waiting on all of you before they started eating. You decide to sit facing away from the door just in case someone comes back. Olivia and Suzy take their seats beside you.

"Alright, first things first. Vesha, Tina, this is Suzy. Suzy, this is Vesha and Tina." You introduce Suzy, Tina, and Vesha to each other. You look at Suzy as she excitedly waves to both of them.

"Hello Vesha. Hello Tina. Its nice to meet both of you. I'm glad we met because I can tell that we're gonna be fast friends." Suzy says with excitement.

Both Vesha and Tina slightly recoil from Suzy. You repress your laughter and it sounds like Olivia does the same. Vesha looks to you and you give a knowing nod. You knew exactly what she wanted to ask. Suzy is normally like this. With that out of the way, the whole table goes quiet as everyone starts eating. As usual, the food is delicious. You didn't even realize how hungry you were until you looked at your plate, its almost bare.

Your group's peaceful meal was interrupted by the sound of a large explosion that shook the cafeteria. You look behind you and see that everyone that went outside came running back to their seats, except for the two duelist, Stacy and the witch. When the doorway clears of people, you see that the front doors are blown to pieces, with both the duelist being carried by what looks like two constructs. As the door closes, your table returns to finishing their meals. The sounds of what sounds like construction can be heard from the other side of the door.

"So anyway, how did your trip to Ms. Charity go?" You ask Vesha and Tina. Both women look to you as you ask.

"Well we managed to work on Tina's temper a little bit, but it didn't help since she likes to run her mouth." Vesha says with a grin as she looks down to Tina. The goblin just glares at her companion while the rest of the table chuckles.

"Yeah yeah, I'm workin' on that too. Charity says that its a natural habit I have. But hey, I ain't the only one with some issues here huh?" Tina nudges Vesha with her elbow. Vesha just sighs and rolls her eyes.

"R-Right. Listen John, I'd like to apologize. While Ms. Charity was helping Tina, she also talked to me about my apparent trust issues with everyone else. You have to understand that we're in a place where trusting the wrong person could end with you becoming a permanent ****. You however, have tried to be nice to me, but I just can't take so many chances. Can you understand why and forgive me?" Vesha says with a sad expression, it makes her look cute.

"No problem. I understand your reasoning. How about we put it behind us and enjoy our meal?" You propose. Vesha and Tina both nod with a smile.

As the whole table eats dinner, you all begin to talk about yourselves and you learn about Vesha and Tina. Vesha comes from a spacefaring, warlike race called Grashians. She happens to be a small time, but very popular gladiator back home. When she decided to step away from the ring for a while, she got her invitation to M.C.U. and decided to come here for the fun of it. Tina comes from a medieval fantasy world where every race save for humans come from outer space. Apparently a lot of races were refuges from a demonic empire trying to take over every world it could get their hands on. Some races got lucky and survived their wrath, but others not so much. For Tina's kind, all the male goblins were either killed or cursed with sterility. That meant her kind was doomed to extinction. However, research shows that human sperm can be used to reproduce more goblins, unfortunately, no one wanted to have sex with them. When she got her letter, she accepted it in hopes of saving her kind.

As the conversation started to die down, the cafeteria started to get more empty as everyone started to leave. Looking at everyone's empty plates, its probably time to get going too, and it looks like the rest of the table is getting the same idea.

"Well its nice to get to know all of you, but its time Tina and I get to our room. Its been a day for both of us." Vesha states as she gets up. Tina standing up with her.

"Yeah I'm tired from all the walking today. We'll see you three later." Tina chimes in, earning a look from Vesha.

"All the walking? I carried you in my arms for half of the time."

"But I felt your pain."

"Well, I guess you wouldn't mind carrying me for once then." Vesha says in a joking tone, earning a surprised look from Tina.

"Are you crazy?!? I can not carry you." Tina states with shock. You and the others got a laugh out of that.

"Well, we'll get going to. Got one more thing to take care of before calling it a night." Olivia says as she puts a hand on your back. You already know where this is going.

"We'll see you two tomorrow. Goodnight." You say.

"Goodnight! Hope we can talk more tomorrow before class!" Suzy says eagerly.

As your party makes its way out of the cafeteria, you overhear some shuddering from Vesha and Tina. You chuckle to yourself as you head back to your room.
