Susan had been one of Valley's regulars for about three years now; she had rarely missed one of Valley's boot camp sessions at the gym. For questions 1-5 use scale of 1-5 one being the worst and five being the best:

Question 2. Rate how good you are at making healthy choices. Susan had a sculpted body from having three years of Valley kicking her ass and followed her on TikTok for all the best nutritional advice 4.

Question 3. Rate how good your sex life is today. Susan marked 1.

Question 4. Rate How good of a listener a friend or significant other would rate you. Susan marked 4 for this one.

Question 5. Rate How confident you are in bed. It had been so long since Greg had given her an orgasm, maybe it was her fault 2.

For Question 6-10 Read the word out loud and mark Exciting or Boring based on how that word makes you feel.
