Suprisingly, yes!

You dash off around the corner and see that the very naked Eudora is waiting for you several feet ahead, her eyes filled with a mixture of fear and excitement, as if she dared not believe that this is happening. You hurry up to her, pulling up your breeches as you do to increase your mobility. As you approach her, you grab Eudora's hand.

"We must keep going!" You whisper. "We haven't any time to spare."

"Of course." She whispers back, nodding her head. She lets you lead the way and runs behind you. She is able to keep up, which makes escaping easier. You turn around a couple alleyways and streets in an attempt to distance yourself from the murderous gang you managed to trick. There were fires, debris, and dead bodies scattered across the city and everywhere you want was a picture of destruction. It was all very disorienting and you hoped you were headed to the city's edge.

"I am getting so lost!" Eudora says from behind you. Her grip tightens in yours. "Do you know where you are-"

"Shh!" You hush her suddenly as you hear footsteps and voices from ahead of you. It sounded like a group of people were headed your way. You didn't know who it was, but if any of the other men were like Caderos and his band, you didn't want them to find your beautiful nude companion. You quickly looked around for some alternate route.

"Adonis!" Eudora whispered, tugging your arm and pointing to the building on your right. "A door!" You hurry over and quickly try the handle. Thankfully it is unlocked and the door swings open. You quickly pull Eudora into the room and shut the door. You hold your breath and Eudora does the same, tightly squeezing your hand. The voices grow closer, then fainter as they pass by. You exhale slowly in relief.

"That was too close." You say. You take a quick look around the room and, although barely illuminated from the small slits high up on the wall that let some light in, you can tell this is some sort of storage room. Barrels, crates, rolled-up rugs and pots filled the rather large room. It was otherwise empty, which you are very thankful for. You look back over at Eudora, who is staring at you, her eyes wet and her lips quivering.

"Adonis!" She cries out and throws her arms around your neck. She hugs you closely, as if afraid you might vanish in front of her. She plants her face in your chest and makes an odd combination of sounds from crying and laughing at the same time. "Oh Gods, Adonis...it's really you." All the emotion she was holding back from her act back with the men is let loose.

"It's me." You respond simply, putting your arms around her and holding her close. You try not to think about her nakedness, but her ample breasts were pressing against you through the thin material of your makeshift rag shirt, and it was hard to ignore.

"I can't believe you really came for me..." She continues shakily.

"Hey, I promised I would, right? Do I ever break a promise?" Eudora shakes her head slowly against you.

"It's just...it was so horrible here and everyday was a nightmare." She sobs into your shirt. "I would wish and dream and pretend every night that you would come and rescue me from this awful life. But I never thought my dreams would come true. I had given up hope that I would be anything but a sex **** the rest of my life. And when those men killed Phyrrus and captured me...I was so sure I would be **** to ****."

"I wasn't going to let that happen." You say soothingly. You both knew your claim was impractical and that you had just gotten very lucky, but it hepled to calm her down.

"And...and then you came and saved me. I don't even know how to express what I'm feeling. It's like relief and excitement and joy and disbelief all rolled into one." She finally pulls her head away and looks up into your eyes. "You're my hero, Adonis." Your heart leaps into your throat. You couldn't have hoped for a better reception to your reunion. You had feared she might have forgotten you or even worse, not want to leave. But to be called her hero...your heart beats a thousand times a second.

"E-Eudora..." you whisper back, unable to answer.

"Thank you for rescuing me." She says. "I am forever grateful to you, Adonis." She leans up and kisses your cheek tenderly. Your face flushes and your heart flutters. She laughs and presses her head to your chest again. "Such a gesture seems silly considering all we just did, doesn't it?" This causes your heart to seize up in a very different, less enjoyable way.

"Eudora...I...I...I don't know how to...I mean...I am so sorry for what I-" You are cut off as her slender finger presses against your lips.

"No. Do not be sorry. You saved me and put yourself in great danger doing so. Everything you did was because you wanted to get me out of there. You were thinking only of me." She replies.

"But what I did to you..." You continue, unable to drop it. "After all you've been through..."

"Adonis...you at your roughest and most primal was more loving and gentle than Phyrrus was at his most tender moments." She assures you. "Besides, I told you. You **** yourself upon no one. I accepted you into me, Adonis."

"I was...scared you would hate me." You close your eyes, admitting your fear. You feel the weight of Eudora's head leave your chest. Then you feel the a light and gentle feeling on your lips and it takes you a second to realize you were brushing against the soft lips of your beloved. Then the feeling is gone and her mouth was by your ear.

"I do not hate you, Adonis. I do not resent you. I do not regret what we did." She holds you to her tightly. "Please do not feel bad, because I certainly do not. My life was miserable here, but I grew strong. I won't break that easily."

You feel a weight lift off your shoulders at her words and a relief that she wasn't permanently scarred from her experience here. The girl you knew and loved was still there. You wanted to say so much to her, but the words that come out of your mouth aren't what you expect.
