Supply stop

Starting with a few plump raindrops, the clouds suddenly open, pouring rain down on you so hard the wipers can barely keep up. You slow down, not wanting to take any chances with the reduced visibility. You drive another mile and you see the lights of a small fuel and shopping complex ahead. You breathe a sigh of relief as you pull off the highway, thinking that you can pick up a few supplies for the camping trip, and take a break from driving in the rain.

It's raining so hard that you're drenched running from the car to the door of the store. Your short sleeve shirt sticks to your lush form, accentuating your body, and you notice the male cashier and a cop at the counter checking you out as you walk in. You give them a smile, as always loving male attention, and go about your shopping. You pick up a few food supplies and add a six-pack of vodka coolers and a bottle of vodka to your basket before making your way to the counter and paying for it. The cop is still there, sipping a coffee, apparently chatting with the cashier. He checks you out as he moves aside to give you room, giving you the smallest of smiles as he does so. The cashier rings up your purchases and gives you your change, sneaking glances at your tight wet shirt as he does so.

You're unable to resist preening a little, even though neither man is anything special to look at. The cashier is chubby and ill-kempt, his hair looking like it needs a wash. The cop is older, in his forties at least, with a hard looking unfriendly face. You take purchases and smile again at the two men before scampering out into the rain to your car.

Putting your purchases on the front seat, you start the car and sit for a moment. There's no sign of the rain letting up, and you while you don't want to wait too long, neither do you feel enthusiastic about getting back on the highway in the pouring rain. As you think about it you open one of the vodka coolers and take a sip, trying to make up your mind.
