Superman Draws The Dragon Away

It was a tense game. Superman hovered in front of the great dragon, whose forms seemed unstable, shifting, breasts spurting, dicknipples dividing and merging. He retreated, keeping just out of reach, leading it away from civilians toward the outlying suburbs, parks, stretches of farm and woodland. Yet the violet eyes were fixed on him, nostrils the size of manhole covers swelled to drink in the Man of Steel's scent, and the wings beat furiously as the thing flew in an ungainly, but deceptively swift manner through the air, the long body undulating like a snake.

What concerned the Kryptonian most was not getting caught in the creature's claws, but the chunks of Kryptonite of various colors he could see embedded in its underbelly. Most of them appeared to be of the red variety—which could explain its strange transformation. Superman didn't know if Kryptonian dragons could be affected by red kryptonite, but this certainly looked to be the case...

Unless, he thought to himself, It's really a Kryptonian!? Supergirl or Power Girl, maybe...or even Superboy. If they were exposed to multiple forms of kryptonite at once...

The Man of Steel frowned. If it was one of his cousins, he should be able to reason with her...it...

"Wait," he said, once they cleared the city limits. "I want to help you! If you can understand me, give me a sign."

The jaws worked. A tripartite tongue, tipped with phalluses, emerged from between the sharp teeth. Inarticulate sounds issued from the dragon's mouth...but they almost sounded like words.

Superman paused in mid-air, trying to focus on what the creature was trying to say.

That was his mistake.

With a sudden burst of speed, the dragon shot toward him, wings folded, body straight, shooting through the air like a missile...and it would take all of the Kryptonian's superhuman reflexes to avoid the attack...and coming within range of the transformative radiations of the red kryptonite embedded in its body!
