A clearly VERY drunken Buffy crash the stole campus security car into the from if Sunnydale Fine Liquors a few minutes after leaving the campus area.

She and Trixie stumbled topless out of the wreaked car, emptied the cash register of about 300 dollars and stole five bottles of cheap booze before stumbling back out as sirens echoed.

The pair darted across the street and made their way to Wilkins Park where they defaced the statue of Mayor Richard Wilkins the First just before the cops showed up. They vanished into the park and vanished from sight for the next three hours.

It was Giles and Jenny who had gathered information in those missing three hours.
