Sunday evening

With a long goodbye kiss, she leaves. When she gets home, she heads back to her husband’s office and gives him a soft kiss. He returns it hungrily, but lovingly.

“Did you have fun?”

“Yes. It was a very relaxing time, and it ended up being a decent series, but nothing I would need to see again.”

“I’m glad to hear that he could keep you entertained.”

She ends up heading to bed before him and is woken a few hours later when he comes to bed and snuggles against her.
