Suggestions

Catherine opened her mouth to speak, but Marianne stopped her.

"Horses don't speak!" the newly confident blue-haired girl said. Catherine whinnied in response.

"Maybe we should deputize someone from Fearghus?" Marianne asked. "That way you can have people in all three nations."

Edelgard hadn't thought of that. She wondered which of the Blue Lion girls she should deputize.

There was Annette Dominic, the excitable orange haired mage. She knew Annette's father was a knight, but hid his identity, and Edelgard could use that to twist Annette to hate the church.

Then Mercedes von Martritz, the big sister figure of the Blue Lions. She was actually the daughter of an Imperial house, but, like Marianne, had loyalty to the goddess. Not that that was a problem, of course.

Finally, Ingrid Galatea. Her house was the least well to do in the Kingdom, due to her family's lack of Crests. She was training to be a knight of Faerghus, but Edelgard could convince her of the Church's wrong view of Crests.
