Success!

After three days hard trekking in the mountain you finally come upon the spot that Dmiras indicated to you and laugh with joy when you find a tunnel that cuts into the mountain; it's hidden so nobody would ever find it if they didn't know it was there. Easy pickings, this; a lot of idiots come searching for Akor Carr, but none of them ever think to talk to the old man in the library. But you're different, and this time you've struck gold.

You light a torch and set off into the tunnel. It's dark and more than a little creepy in there, but you carry on regardless. You carry on for another two days in complete darkness, until you come to a fork. There's no signpost telling you which way to go, so you stop and think about it.

'Only the wise man, who can walk the path through darkness and looks to the right, can find the way to Akor Carr'; that was what Dmiras had read on the scroll. It's a hint, of course, and you take the right fork.

A few hours later you see light at the end of the tunnel. You figure you've either died and gone to heaven without realising it or you're about to stumble upon Akor Carr. You step outside and blink in the bright sunlight, suddenly finding yourself in a lush green valley that's been hidden away for over two centuries.
