Chapter 6
by SingingLark
What will the princess do armed with such magical arsenal?
Study her purchase.
The princess hid the large grimoire not a moment too soon, for nanny Flora just followed her inside. She chastised the princess for leaving the castle, again, without a guard, but mellowed when she spotted the elegant chain. "Worthy of a princess" Nanny said.
Liandra complained the day was too bright, and that she felt faint headed, and asked for Nanny´s help to cancel the rest of her appointments for the day. Flora agreed, but said she would send the servants to give Liandra a warm bath and a meal later.
Alone again, Liandra first examined the grimoire. 'Lady´s guide to Carpe Diem' it was titled, and apparently written by an Nocternian enchantress named Kalyra.
Her suspicions proved true, and the princess could read the words easily. There were several cantrips there, but she found herself lacking the energy to summon even the tiniest flame. Her newfound cunning was working the problem when she heard her door creaking. She barely had enough time to cover the book with two pillows.
"Milady? Aunt Flora asked me to come help you with your bath" Ann was barely older than Liandra, and just as much of an innocent flower. She would smile meekly as she performed her chores, and sing when her company didn't mind it. She was never quite bold enough to speak to the princess, but still Liandra cared about her nanny´s niece.
The princess accepted the plight, glad her arcane knowledge was safely hidden, and the praise when Ann saw her new chain collar. Ann helped Liandra out of her dress, and into the fuming tub of water. As per her usual routine, Liandra relaxed easily.
Ann soaked Liandra´s body with bubbling soap, taking speacial care on her lustrous breasts. Liandra, lets a small moan, and when she opens her eyes she sees a blushing servant girl "is everything okay?" She asks, worried, and when Ann answers 'yes' Liandra receives an uncomfortable feeling of being deceived, and used.
Ann tries to massage the princess shoulders, sooth the tension away, but it was of no use. The princess mumbled an excuse and stepped away from her bath, and dismissed the girl. Ann was agap, staring at the princess slim body, but she couldn't understand the reason for her folly. It wasnt the first time, and she hoped it wouldn't be the last time, that she saw the princess naked. Why was she behaving so? Ashamed, she scurries away.
Ann´s attention did serve to arouse the princess a little, and after the servant left Liandra found the energy to power the cantrip, she animated a towel to dry her body. It felt good, good enough for her to dry her hair with another cantrip.
"So that is why she used these pearls..." Liandra summarized, idly continuing the towel´s work.
Should Liandra wear one (or both) of the pearls during that night´s dinner?
