"You know, I've always felt mentally strong because I'm adept and can banter and hold my own in a good conversation," says Kristen. "But I've never felt physically strong, sexy, or even curvy. I felt waifish... or pregnant. It's about the muscle in my body. The pregnancies really affected my body. After having children, for some time after my pregnancy, I actually had breasts for the first time in my life. I was happy. That is, until time went by and my girls began to disappear, bit by bit. It was surreal. I dreaded to wake up everyday, only to find myself in front of the bathroom mirror. Checking if another piece of me has gone missing. It was absolutely depressing."

Our interview partner pauses for a moment, as if deep in thought, before she continues: "But luckily that's all in the past. At the moment I couldn't be happier."

Looking at Kristen now, her tremendous breasts threatening to spill over her training top, it's hard to believe that the ultra busty woman, who is sitting in front of us now, was pitiful flat-chested not so long ago.

We've just come from a grueling Pilates class at Studio Metamorphosis next door, where the star of Frozen II alternated between singing and grunting through planks, pikes, and lunges, and in one instance, gripped the high bars of the reformer and suspended her frame above the machine in a V shape. Until this past year Kristen had never done one workout consistently. About a year ago, however, she found what she likes to call "Studio Morph", and for the first time in her life she fell in love with exercise. She has been going consistently ever since. "I've fallen so in love with it," Kristen told Women's Health. "I've never been in love with working out, but something about this class just gets me. I've never really found a class that I love like this."

Ideally, she now makes it to a class with heavy focus on the chest area three times a week, usually with a friend. (After she brought writers from The Good Place, one texted her: "Kristen, what do you do when your bra feels too tight after this class?") It's a challenging workout that incorporates cardio, circuit training, and CrossFit elements. As well as relaxation massages afterwards, with Flaxseed oil and nutritional supplements. And to say that its benefits for Kristen are quite spectacular would be an understatement.

"I've fallen so in love with it," Kristen told Women's Health. "I'm now in love with working out and I've never really found a class that I love like this. Something about this class gets me.

Women's Health Magazine has accompanied the 39-year-old actress all the way and documented some of the more than impressive results of her regular sessions in a series of photos.
