Stretchy innards

When Samus spun the wheel for a third time, she felt a sharp pain in her gut, her internal organs are twisted and churned until Samus felt as if her body is lighter somehow, she inspected the wheel and it reads 'Internal organs removal, and stretchy body', which is followed by a diagram that show's Samus's body is now a hollow chamber where she can store objects, a bit unsettling but it also raises some questions, but before she can think further, a panel opened up next to the wheel with wood blocks for Samus to test her new anatomy, She took the blocks and to her amazement, her mouth stretched as Samus swallowed the block and it's outline being visible on her neck before dissapearring into what was formerly her stomach, which is now a rubbery hollow chamber, Samus took a few more blocks and her stomach started to visibly push out, looking at the wheel again, to get the blocks out, she had to regurgitate them, which felt surprisingly normal for her new body as she spit's out the blocks that she swallowed.
