———
Olivia Vane led Brooklyn into the locker room, which was fully empty right now, as everyone had showed up already in gym clothes. Brooklyn was silent as she followed behind Olivia, so when the door closed and Olivia turned to face the younger girl, she suspected she’d have to start this discussion.
Olivia’s eyes flicked up and down Brooklyn’s body almost thoughtlessly, and she could see why Jace seemed so interested in her. Brooklyn had a flawless hourglass body, one that was currently very much on display from the yellow sports bra and skintight black yoga shorts she was wearing. Brooklyn had impressively sized breasts, round, very large melons that Jace surely adored. Brooklyn’s ass was the more impressive of her assets, however, huge and curvy and plump. Her chocolate brown hair flowed in waves down her shoulders, and her skin was a golden brown from tanning in the California sun.
“So Jace was telling me that you and him spoke about… relationship things.” Olivia ventured. Brooklyn nodded slowly.
“Yes, uh, we did. He explained that you and him have… something unique going on.” Brooklyn said carefully.
“Indeed we do.” Olivia smiled. “I’m not here to try to pressure you into making a decision or anything, don’t worry.”
Brooklyn did look a little relieved at that, and Olivia was glad she’d thought to mention it. She had hoped her neighbor wouldn’t think that of her, but it was a possibility she had entertained and decided it was best to make that clear.
“Good.” Brooklyn sighed. “Look, um… I do really like Jace. Like a lot. I’ve liked him for a very long time. But when I thought about getting with him, I pictured it so… different.”
“Like a romance movie.” Olivia supplied, and Brooklyn nodded.
“Yeah, something like that.” she admitted, her cheeks a little rosy. “I’ve read all these love stories, and they built up too much expectation, I guess.”
“I remember my first boyfriend.” Olivia recalled. “I was just like you, expecting something magical, something I’d been waiting my entire life to find.”
“And… I guess it wasn’t?” Brooklyn gathered.
Olivia laughed shortly. “Definitely not. He skipped my birthday party to go with his friends to try and talk one of their older brothers into buying them beer.”
“Ugh.” Brooklyn wrinkled her nose.
“Yeah, wasn’t amazing.” Olivia shrugged. “But look, you and I both know Jace isn’t like that.”
“I know he’s not.” Brooklyn said, and Olivia saw a stubborn loyalty in the girl’s brown eyes, one which made her smile slightly. “It’s nothing against you, but I just don’t know how to be with a guy who’s got another girlfriend. That’s, like, the kind of horror stories you hear about where a guy’s running two relationships at once except Jace is just trying to do it openly.”
“It was my suggestion, actually.” Olivia confessed. “I didn’t want him so tied up to a girl several years older than him. I encouraged him to be with girls his age, and it took some convincing to make him believe I was really alright with it, but I finally got through to him.”
“And you’re, just… OK with it? With your boyfriend doing… stuff with other girls?” Brooklyn asked, in disbelief.
“Well…” Olivia drew out the word sheepishly. “I find it really hot, actually.”
Brooklyn’s eyes widened to the size of quarters.
“I did not see that coming.” Brooklyn admitted.
“Neither did I.” Olivia blushed. “I’ve never explored this… interest of mine, but there’s been some… um, events recently that made me realize just how much it turns me on seeing Jace fucking another girl.”
Brooklyn was staring at Olivia- no, gaping at Olivia, and she began to think maybe she had gone a tad too far with the truth-telling.
“If you want-” Olivia cleared her throat with a faint reddening on her cheeks. “That is, anything you say to me, I won’t repeat a word of it to Jace, I promise. I just want to help you work through this, whether you decide you want to get involved or not.”
“Promise?” Brooklyn asked, nibbling on her plump lower lip.
“I promise.” Olivia said seriously. “You’ve been my neighbor your entire life, I do care about you for more than just wanting to see you and Jace get together.”
Brooklyn let out a shaky breath, and she dropped onto one of the benches, sitting a little hunched over. Olivia went and sat down next to her so she wasn’t awkwardly standing over her.
“So. Unless I’m very mistaken, you’ve had a crush on Jace for a long time.” Olivia encouraged, putting her elbows on her knees and propping her chin in her palms.
Brooklyn looked vaguely uncomfortable admitting it so readily, but she seemed to believe Olivia’s promise of secrecy, which was good.
“Yes, I have.” Brooklyn sighed. “I always thought some day he would just realize that he loved me and it would be this big fairy tale moment.”
“Maybe a kiss in the pouring rain?” Olivia smiled knowingly.
“Maybe.” Brooklyn flushed.
“Sometimes there are real-life moments like that, but they’re rare.” Olivia said. “If you go looking for too many kisses in the pouring rain, the only thing you’re likely to get is a cold.”
Brooklyn laughed softly, shaking her head. “I always knew that it wasn’t going to be perfect, some part of me did, at least. I just hoped it would at least still be magical. Instead, it was… so different from anything I ever expected.”
“Because of me.” Olivia sighed.
“I mean, you got with him first.” Brooklyn sighed sadly. “I’m not going to be mad at you for taking the opportunity I let slip past.”
Olivia’s heart ached for this girl. She was a sweet, beautiful girl who was very clearly smitten with Jace and had been for years, and now the only thing standing between them was… her.
“If you want Jace, really want him, I’ll- I’ll step aside.” Olivia said, trying to keep her deep vehemence against that idea out of her voice. “There are a lot of things about our relationship that can cause problems for us, so maybe… so maybe you should be with Jace.”
“No, I’m not going to ask you to break up with him!” Brooklyn exclaimed, aghast. “Olivia, no. I can see how miserable that made you just thinking about it, absolutely not! No, don’t do that for me. Don’t do that to Jace! He looks at you like… like…”
“Like the same way he looks at you.” Olivia said quietly, and Brooklyn turned to look at Olivia, uncertain.
“What?” she asked softly.
“You should see the way Jace looks at you when you’re not looking.” Olivia smiled. “He very clearly likes you.”
Brooklyn shook her head, clutching at her temples. “No, that makes this worse.”
“Why?” Olivia wondered, curious.
“Because I have to tell him no.” Brooklyn despaired. “I want some kind of love story, not… not this sharing thing.”
“If that’s your decision, that’s your decision.” Olivia said quietly. “But I don’t see any reason why him dating both of us means it isn’t a love story.”
“Do you think Jace will be upset?” Brooklyn asked, clearly worried.
“Oh, I think he definitely will be.” Olivia nodded. “But he won’t be upset at you, if that’s what you’re worried about. He’ll just be upset that he doesn’t get to be with you. He understands this is a lot, and honestly, I don’t think he expects a yes from you at this point. He hopes for one, sure, but I think he’s realized how you feel about it.”
“I still don’t know how I feel about it.” Brooklyn sighed.
“Yes, you do.” Olivia said, reaching out to put a hand on Brooklyn’s thigh. “You found your answer, you just don’t like it.”
“Thank you.” Brooklyn murmured. “For helping me talk through this. There’s not really anybody else who would understand.”
“That’s why I wanted to talk to you.” Olivia smiled. She got to her feet, and headed for the door, then paused, looking back at Brooklyn.
“You know… there’s no reason this has to be your final decision.” Olivia mentioned. “If at any point you change your mind, I think Jace would be happy to have you.”
“Are you going to tell him? That it’s a no?” Brooklyn asked Olivia as the older blonde approached the door.
“No, I’m not.” Olivia shook her head. “I told you, I’m not telling him a single word of what happened here.”
Brooklyn nodded slowly, looking deep in thought. Olivia felt for the girl, but she had to do this part herself.
Olivia left the locker room, leaving Brooklyn alone with her thoughts.
———
Daphne Franklin wiggled her hips as she tugged her pink sports bikini bottom up her rather curvy lower half. The buxom blonde’s lips pursed contemplatively as she looked at herself in the mirror. She turned to the side, admiring the view of her curvy ass. She’d earned that ass, she thought to herself, through lots of squats and runs.
“You just gonna keep ogling yourself?” a wry voice came, and Daphne glared over her shoulder at one of her two best friends, Sierra Collins.
“I’m not ogling myself!” Daphne protested. “Just making sure everything is sitting right.”
“I’d be worried too if I was in basically just a bikini.” Sierra said, her green eyes very purposely flicking up and down Daphne’s body.
Daphne wore only the aforementioned pink bottoms that were really not much more than a bikini bottom, and a black sports bra that was really good at keep the girls in place while flaunting lots of cleavage, too. She had a bunch of sports bras from that brand, they were all great.
“Don’t like my outfit?” Daphne asked with a pout.
“Oh, I like it, Daph. Trust me.” Sierra winked. Daphne chuckled, letting her eyes roam the busty ginger’s body.
Sierra was in a hunter green matching set, a crop top and booty shorts that looked painted on to Sierra’s mouthwatering fat ass. Daphne and Sierra had seen each other changing plenty of times, it was a side effect of owning a yoga studio together and sharing a changing room. The ginger’s red hair was up in a high ponytail, with it streaming down her back.
“You’re not looking too bad yourself.” Daphne teased. “And it’s probably a good thing you’re not in something like this, your ass might send some of the boys to the ER.”
“Mm, too true.” Sierra smirked, turning slightly to flaunt her ass more. “Unlike you Franklins, I’ve got a real big ass.”
“Ouch! My ass is great.” Daphne huffed, smacking it to demonstrate.
“Oh, it’s great.” Sierra agreed readily. “It’s just not phenomenal.”
“Are you two comparing sizes again?” asked an exasperated woman coming into the changing room.
“I’m just making sure Daph knows why I’m not dressed like she is.” Sierra said innocently.
“And I was just about to remind Sierra which of us has the bigger tits.” Daphne said, equally innocent.
“The two of you are children.” Kayla Roberts laughed, shaking her head.
“You’re just jealous because you’re not best ass or best tits.” Sierra shook her head.
“No, but I’m definitely most sane.” Kayla smirked. “Besides… I think I’ve got Daphne beat in the ass department.”
“What the fuck?” Daphne protested.
“Mm, I could see it.” Sierra agreed, examining Kayla’s ass in the black leggings she was wearing.
“Hey!” Daphne argued. “My ass is incredible!”
Sierra and Kayla looked at each other.
“I mean-” Kayla shrugged.
“It’s alright.” Sierra waggled her hand back and forth.
“You’re just jealous of my tits.” Daphne sniffed.
“Hey, this isn’t about tits, babe!” Sierra laughed. “This is fattest ass, and you’re third, Daph.”
“Probably all her asset allocation went to her chest.” Kayla smirked.
“Asset allocation?” Sierra raised her eyebrows. “You’re such a nerd, Kay-Kay.”
“Some of us went to college.” Kayla retorted.
“I went to college!” Sierra exclaimed.
“But did you finish college?” Daphne chimed in innocently.
“Don’t act like you’ve got a doctorate over there, Franklin.” Sierra shot back.
Daphne put her hands on her hips. “Hey, at least I didn’t fail out because I was too busy getting railed by… whatever his name was.”
Sierra shrugged unabashedly. “He was far more entertaining than whichever classes I was supposed to be going to.”
Daphne sighed and looked back and forth between her two best friends. Kayla was a year older than her, and Sierra two. They had all became friends in college, when Daphne and Sierra had been freshmen together while Kayla was in her sophomore year. Sierra had taken some ‘gap years’ after graduating high school that were mostly just living it up on her daddy’s money until he told her she needed to go to college to continue receiving her allowance.
They’d all been in Rho Gamma, the premiere sorority for sexy girls looking for fun or just some equally sexy sorority sisters to hang out with. The three of them had been fast friends, and despite how wild she got at parties, Kayla had been the one who helped Daphne get her degree in business. She had picked business rather arbitrarily, but it had helped out a bit now that she and Sierra had this studio. Not even Kayla’s influence had been enough to help Sierra though, and the red-haired third member of their trio had failed out.
Nowadays, Daphne and Sierra rented an apartment together, and they were nigh inseparable between working and living together. Kayla was still just as much their best friend as she had been for the past ten odd years, but she was busy with her job a lot of the time during the day, and it was always nice to have her around at the studio, even if it was after hours.
“You study the stuff I sent over?” Daphne arched an eyebrow, and Kayla rolled her eyes.
“Of course I did. Unlike the two of you, I don’t do this regularly, I wanted to know what I was doing.”
“Nerd.” Sierra smirked.
“Some of the poses you guys wanna do are a bit… risqué, don’t you think, though?” Kayla wondered. “I know what you two are like, but still, this is a place of business.”
“It’s a couples class, don’t worry.” Daphne waved a hand.
“You do know that that group of people you called to practice this are largely not couples, right?” Kayla gestured over her shoulder in the rough direction of the lobby.
“They’re not paying customers.” Sierra shrugged. “Besides, it’s not like we’re shooting pornos, it’s just yoga with a bit of friction.”
“Sounds a lot like sex.” Kayla pointed out wryly.
“You’re the one with the dirty mind, Kay-Kay.” Sierra shook her head. “I meant just rubbing and grinding, why’d you have to make it dirty?”
“Why did I-” Kayla exclaimed, and Daphne burst out laughing.
“Don’t worry, the poses aren’t anything too crazy. Besides, I told everyone it’s supposed to be a couples class and didn’t get any objections.” Daphne said.
“Well, I guess if you told them and they all agreed, it’s fine.” Kayla shrugged.
After saying that though, Daphne frowned in contemplation. Had she told everyone? Danielle was the one who’d mostly been in charge of inviting everyone, and Daphne had remembered to tell her, she was pretty sure. Right?
“So, Professor Roberts, you think you’re going to be able to come have fun Friday night or are you too busy being boring?” Sierra waggled her eyebrows.
“First of all, for like the hundredth time, I am not a professor. I’m not that scholarly, come on.” Kayla shook her head. “And as for coming to the thing Friday, I dunno. There is the football game that night.”
“Boo the football game, who wants to watch that when there’s clubs to hit?” Sierra grinned.
“I would think Daphne would.” Kayla looked to her fellow blonde, who pointed at herself.
“Me? Why? I watched enough football games as a cheerleader.” Daphne frowned.
“Your nephew is the quarterback.” Kayla explained like it should be obvious.
“Oh, that. Jace knows I’m rooting for him.” Daphne waved a hand dismissively.
“Besides, from what I hear, he has enough hotties in short skirts cheering him on.” Sierra giggled.
“Of course he does, he’s doing the Franklin name proud.” Daphne smirked.
“Or the Holland name. His dad was pretty popular in high school, too. I remember Kat mooning over him when she was in high school. He was a handsome older guy, you know how it is.” Sierra pointed out.
“Jeremiah?” Daphne wrinkled her nose.
“Nuh uh, you can’t play that card now. You admitted you’d fuck him that one time when we were wasted down in Vegas.” Sierra laughed.
“Hey! That was said under a vow of silence.” Daphne hissed.
“Must have forgotten that part. Drank too much.” Sierra shrugged innocently.
“Yet you remember every damn secret I said that night.” Daphne muttered.
“Naturally.” Kayla put in. “I’ve never seen Sierra forget anything she doesn’t want to.”
“She is rather selective with that memory of hers, though, isn’t she?” Daphne nodded.
Sierra gave her most innocent smile, which had the two blondes laughing.
“You do need to come out on Friday though, Kay.” Daphne put her hands on her hips. “It’ll be a blast! Take some shots, do some dirty dancing, get fucked a bit at the end of the night, it’ll be great!”
“Or fucked a lot. Who are we to tell you how much you should get fucked on a night out?” Sierra chimed in.
Daphne pointed at Sierra in agreement, nodding.
“I’m the cheer coach, babes, it’s sort of expected I’m there for the entire game while my girls cheer.” Kayla explained, looking apologetic.
“When was the last time you got railed, Kayla?” Sierra glared. “You always get more upright and boring the longer you go without dick.”
“We can fix that for you.” Daphne said with a grin.
“Every time you two have tried to find me a guy, it has been disastrous.” Kayla shook her head.
“What?! You’ve told us several times how great the sex is with the guys we pick out.” Sierra protested.
“The sex is good, sure, but then I catch them trying to steal my underwear, or they break something of mine, or they call me incessantly, or they-” Kayla started listing on her fingers, but Daphne and Sierra quickly cut in.
“We’re not finding you a guy to date, Kay-Kay, just to FAF. Fuck and forget.” Sierra reminded her.
“I’m almost thirty, maybe I don’t want to just be FAFing every night like you two do.” Kayla sighed.
“I am thirty, and you don’t see me stopping.” Sierra put in.
“Trying to settle down cost my sister years of her life being miserable. Still costing her years of her life, really.” Daphne shook her head. “I don’t ever want to be in a situation like hers, where I’m chained down and miserable.”
“That’s very different, she had a rushed marriage because of an unplanned pregnancy. You could find someone you really care about, Daph. You’re hot as hell, you can basically pick anyone you want.” Kayla said.
“Awww, thanks, Kayla!” Daphne beamed.
“And you ignored everything I said.” Kayla muttered. “Look, I’m down to go partying on Saturday, but I don’t wanna go for a one night stand, I just wanna hang out with you two.”
“Alright, fine.” Sierra sighed. “Just wished you cared more about your real girls rather than your little cheer girls.”
“Don’t say it like I don’t love you two.” Kayla huffed, wrapping her arms around Sierra in a hug. Sierra, despite her earlier grumbling, didn’t waste a second in hugging her back.
She let go of Sierra and came over to hug Daphne, their considerable bosoms squeezing together as they embraced. Daphne peered over Kayla’s shoulder and grabbed a big handful of her ass.
“I swear my ass is better than this.” Daphne huffed, giving Kayla’s ass a smack for good measure.
“Hey!” Kayla protested, shoving Daphne backwards with a laugh.
Daphne laughed, too, and she looked back and forth between her two best friends.
“Right, I’m going to go get things moving up front, you two come join whenever you’re ready. Sierra, try and talk her into joining on Friday.” Daphne winked at the ginger, who winked right back.
“I saw you two just wink at each other.” Kayla complained, but she couldn’t fight off a laugh as Daphne emerged from the changing room to discover a very interesting sight.
A certain handsome blonde young man macking on a very attractive and very buxom brunette young woman.
“Hey, you two.” Daphne grinned. “How’s it going?”
———
Isabelle Holland raised an eyebrow at her best friend, Skylar Wayne.
“So all of that senseless complaining and then you just decided that I was right all along?” Isabelle asked, cupping a hand to her ear. “I just want to make sure I heard that right.”
“Ugh, yes, you were right.” Skylar rolled her green eyes. “I apologized to Mom for all the stuff I’ve been doing, and we hugged about it and sang kumbaya.”
“Now, if only you had listened to me earlier and hadn’t lost three weeks of your senior year grounded and tiptoeing around.” Isabelle smirked.
Skylar rolled her eyes again. “Don’t get a big head, Holland. You were right once.”
“I’m right a lot of the time, I think.” Isabelle protested. “I was right about your stepdaddy drama-”
“Don’t call it that.” Skylar wrinkled her nose, but Isabelle continued without stopping.
“-your ridiculously obvious crush on my cousin-”
“I don’t have a crush! Why do people keep saying that?” Skylar exclaimed.
“-your stupid rivalry with like the nicest girl I know-”
“Jasmine is not nice, that’s her propaganda working!”
“-that time I stopped you from committing a crime to Seraphina Beauregard’s car-”
“Since when is donating high-end car parts to the local junkyard a crime?”
“-that other time I stopped you from committing a crime to get back at Seraphina-”
“That bitch has it coming, and you know it.”
“-and I was most right when I said that you and Anastasia need to get over your little blood feud.” Isabelle finished.
“That one is still very much unproven.” Skylar snapped. “She continues to undermine me every chance she gets all because she somehow scammed her way into Maple’s good books last year.”
“You have more nemeses than anyone I’ve ever met.” Isabelle shook her head. “Now you’re against Maple too?”
“What? No, no, I don’t blame Maple. She got hoodwinked.” Skylar mused, glancing over at where the beautiful brunette, last year’s cheer captain, stood talking with Daisy Holland, the cheerleader captain from the year before that. “Hey, you think I can get her to repeal her decision?”
“What? No, that’s not how it works. She’s off at college now, she does not want to hear about your high school drama. I barely want to hear about it.” Isabelle grumbled.
“Whoa, that’s not very positive energy there, Bell.” Skylar shook her head.
“Don’t call me Bell, you know I don’t like that nickname.” Isabelle scowled.
“Just like you know I don’t like when you make me sound like a crazy vengeful bitch.” Skylar glared.
“I never said any of those words.” Isabelle held up her hands in innocence. “I don’t think you’re a crazy vengeful bitch, but you do have a tendency to… hold grudges.”
“Hmmph.” Skylar grumbled, folding her arms beneath her tits. “I might need to replace you with someone more willing to go along with schemes.”
“That is the absolute last thing you need.” Isabelle shook her head. “You get into too many schemes despite my best efforts.”
“It was a genius plan, Isabelle, she would have come out of the school to find her stupid little car just gone!” Skylar maintained.
Isabelle groaned and rubbed her temples.
“Oh hey, it’s my baby daddy.” Skylar mentioned off-handedly.
“What?” Isabelle blinked, looking up in confusion. She followed Skylar’s gaze, expecting for some reason to see Jace when her eyes landed instead on David. “Huh? Sky, is there something you forgot to tell me?”
“What? Oh, no, he didn’t knock me up. It’s for Ms. Marsden’s class. We’re doing that fake baby project you always see on TV.” Skylar explained. “I have heard his cock is enormous though.”
“What? Where did you hear that?” Isabelle gaped.
“I have my sources.” Skylar winked.
“These sources weren’t just you fucking, David, right? He’s really nice, don’t go around screwing with his feelings.”
“No, I did not fuck David.” Skylar rolled her eyes. “A certain strawberry let it slip to me.”
“What?”
“I forgot you weren’t in Ms. Marsden’s class though. It’s a pretty easy A, you just gotta have a sleepover or something for extra credit, which we’re doing tomorrow night.”
“If you’re both here, where’s your baby?” Isabelle wondered, glancing back and forth between Skylar and David.
“It’s not that intensive, I’ve just got a worksheet I gotta fill out later tonight about the little plastic nightmare.” Skylar shrugged. “So for now the baby is home with Grandma, meaning it’s in my backpack back home.”
“I can’t imagine your mother was pleased to hear you call her that.” Isabelle chuckled, as she knew Sophia Wayne quite well.
“Oh, I haven’t called her that to her face.” Skylar shook her head. “I’m not insane.”
Daphne Franklin walked into the lobby, joined by Jace, Isabelle noticed.
Daphne clapped her hands together, and Isabelle watched curiously as her cousins’ aunt gave a little speech.
“Thanks for coming, everyone! Sierra and I really appreciate you guys helping test our new couples’ class.” Daphne said, and scanned the room.
“Couples’ class?” Isabelle asked Skylar in surprise, who looked just as confused.
“Ah, it seems I might have forgotten to mention that part.” Daphne winced. “Yeah, everyone here will need to pair up for this class.”
Isabelle saw Danielle laughing softly over by her best friends Rachel and Claire. It made Isabelle just slightly envious of Danielle and Daphne’s sisterly bond, as there didn’t look to be much malice in that laugh. Isabelle’s own sister Alexis had a bit of a mean streak, and she had been genuinely laughed at several times by her older sister.
Alexis wasn’t a bad sister, per se, but there had definitely been some times she’d made Isabelle feel small, and from the playful glare Daphne shot Danielle, who just giggled harder, it didn’t look like they had the same relationship as Isabelle and Alexis had.
Isabelle shook off her thoughts, and glanced towards Skylar. “Wanna pair up?”
“Ummm…” Skylar hesitated, clearly looking over towards Jace, but she took her eyes off him and glanced back towards Isabelle. “Yeah, let’s do it.”
———
“Oh, we’re doing partners?” Maple asked, surprised, looking around at the assembled group thoughtfully.
“We can just be partners, if you want.” Matt shrugged. “As long as you don’t try and show me up with your freaky cheerleader flexibility.”
Maple laughed, but before she could agree, Daisy interjected.
“It’s a couples’ class, you two. If I know my aunt, which I do, that means there’s gonna probably be some kind of rubbing and grinding involved.” Daisy told them wryly.
“Oh.” Maple said, unable to look Matt in the eye. “Yeah, let’s not pair up then, Matt.”
“Yeah, agreed.” Matt said, equally awkwardly.
“I’ll partner with you, Matt.” Ariel piped up, grinning.
“Sounds good to me.” Matt grinned back, his eyes lighting up.
“Hey!” Daisy protested, holding up her hands in confusion.
“We always pair up for stuff.” Ariel waved a hand. “Let me have this one.”
“Matt, don’t do anything perverted with her, please?” Maple asked with a sigh. “Bad enough you can’t stop staring at her boobs.”
“Matt’s not the one you need to worry about.” Daisy mumbled.
“What’d you say?” Maple asked. “I didn’t catch that.”
“Oh, it was nothing. You wanna pair up, Maple?” Daisy suggested.
“Sure. I guess it will be less weird to do this with you than one of the guys here.” Maple shrugged.
“I don’t know, Daisy’s pretty weird.” Ariel winked.
“Sorry, traitors don’t get to have an opinion.” Daisy said, glaring playfully at Ariel, who smirked.
“Come on, partner, let’s go get ready for warm ups.” Ariel said, hooking her arm through a very excited looking Matt’s.
Daisy shook her head in amusement at the eternal horniness of teenage boys as her black-haired best friend walked off.
———
“So, we doing rock paper scissors?” Rachel asked, looking between Danielle and Claire.
“You two have husbands you could partner with, don’t you? No way you get to pair up with each other and leave me with no one.” Claire frowned.
“There’s always Jace.” Rachel waggled her eyebrows, making Danielle snort.
“I suspect he’s going to be in high demand for partners, Claire might have to really fight for it.” Danielle smirked.
“I’m not going to partner up with Jace, come on.” Claire huffed.
“You’ve done much worse than yoga with him.” Rachel teased, and Claire huffed again. “There’s nothing wrong with it, girl! Be proud of your wildness! You need to be like ‘look at me, I’m a hot MILF who’s definitely still got it, I’m getting fucked by high school quarterbacks!’”
Claire felt her face heat as she hastily shushed Rachel while Danielle burst out laughing.
“Why are you so OK with this? I thought you’d be horrified with me.” Claire mumbled to Danielle, hands over her face.
“Horrified? I don’t think I could be any more happy, Claire. Obviously you needed it, and if my son is the one you want to keep giving it to you, I have no problems with that.” Danielle smiled warmly.
“By it, she means his big cock.” Rachel stage whispered.
“Why am I friends with you two?” Claire despaired. “Please don’t ever say these things around David.”
Danielle and Rachel looked at each other, then back to Claire.
“We’ll be perfect angels around David.” Rachel said with a smile.
“Very perfect angels.” Danielle agreed.
“You know, David did fuck Danielle in that hot tub.” Rachel pointed out. “It’s not like he’s naive.”
“I try not to think about that.” Claire shuddered.
“Uh huh.” Rachel said, glancing at Danielle again. Danielle shrugged, and both of them looked back to Claire.
“Look, there’s nothing wrong with having sex, Claire. I don’t know what kind of Virgin Mary thing you had going on in college if you didn’t have sex with a guy to have David-”
“Don’t be ridiculous, Rachel. I’m not a virgin.” Claire scowled. “I just don’t know how you two are so casual when talking about our sons in bed.”
“In a hot tub, really.” Rachel mumbled, and Danielle elbowed her.
“We can talk about this more privately later, but for now, we’ll stop teasing you about it.” Danielle promised.
“Yeah, I’ll be good.” Rachel nodded.
“Alright, thank you.” Claire breathed a sigh of relief.
“I’ll be your partner, too.” Rachel offered. “That way you don’t wind up the last one picked for the team.”
“Hey!” Claire protested, making her best friends laugh.
“So where does that leave me?” Danielle mused, looking around the room.
“Your husband?” Claire suggested, but Danielle scoffed.
“No, I don’t think so. He’s been making a little bit of effort recently and I can’t let him think that the tiniest bit of effort means everything is all good now.” Danielle shook her head.
“Hell yeah, sister.” Rachel nodded approvingly.
“I’m going to go find a partner, I’ll see you two in there.” Danielle told Rachel and Claire, and with a smack to Rachel’s ass, she wandered off to the more populated part of the lobby. Thankfully, Claire thought, her friends had had the decency to have that extremely mortifying conversation in a semblance of privacy.
———
David Johnson wasn’t sure who to partner with.
He glanced around for Dana and Brooklyn, but the pair of them had vanished, it seemed. He hadn’t seen Brooklyn since the very first moment she got here, and Dana had been off talking to Gabrielle.
In the fairly crowded lobby, he didn’t immediately see either of his best friends, but he did spot his neighbor Emily Wilkins. He walked over towards her, but found she was talking to Jace Holland.
“Uh… hey, I was just wondering if you had a partner yet, Emily.” David said uncertainly.
“Oh, sorry, David, I just asked Jace to be my partner.” Emily apologized.
“No worries.” David waved her off. “I’ll go try and find Dana and Brooklyn.”
“Haven’t seen Brooklyn, but Dana’s over there with Daisy and Maple.” Jace pointed, and sure enough, David spotted his short blonde best friend.
“Thanks.” David nodded to Jace, and headed towards Dana.
Funny how sometimes he could feel so confident, the kind of guy who fucked MILFs and busty former babysitters, yet other times, he was the same awkward kid he’d always been.
He half considered asking Rachel or Danielle, but thought that might make his mother kind of suspicious. She knew he had fucked Danielle in the hot tub, of course, but she was still blissfully unaware of all his taboo times with her best friends prior to that. He was also very interested in keeping it that way, as even just since the hot tub, there’d been a strangeness between them, a kind of unspoken awkwardness. He didn’t even want to imagine how bad it would be if she found out he’d been lying to her for over a month.
When he reached Dana, he found her chatting with her elder sister Daisy and the extremely sexy brunette David recognized as last year’s cheer captain, Maple Chester. He knew she was Matt’s sister, but he’d never spoken to her.
“Oh, hey, David!” Dana smiled. “You find a partner yet?”
“Nope. Was hoping you didn’t have one yet.” David admitted.
“Sorry, Amy just asked me before she ran to the bathroom.” Dana apologized. “I haven’t seen Brooklyn though, she might not have a partner yet.”
“I’ll try and find her then.” David said glumly.
“You’re not even going to ask me?” Daisy raised a playful eyebrow. David swallowed hard seeing the look in those pretty teal eyes of Daisy’s. What a weird feeling to be looking at a girl who had no idea that he’d fucked her mom, but still be an awkward mess around her.
Guess that the old lingering crush didn’t disappear just because he’d fucked her mom. Some things might never change.
“Stop teasing him, you’ve already got a partner.” Dana rolled her eyes. “Ignore her, David.”
David didn’t have any charismatic answer to say, anything that wouldn’t make him look like an awkward mess in front of two of the sexiest girls he knew and also Maple Chester, who was damn stunning herself (albeit perhaps not as busty as David preferred) so he just nodded and turned around to go find Brooklyn, his cheeks flushed.
Why couldn’t he be some charismatic guy like Jace? Jace got all the girls without even barely trying, it felt like, and he always had something to say. Meanwhile, David had this big cock that Rachel and Danielle drooled over, but not nearly enough confidence to do anything with other girls.
Even his time fucking Olivia in the hot tub had been because of Danielle’s interfering. He hadn’t really done anything himself, just gone with whatever Rachel and Danielle set up for him. He sure wasn’t complaining about that, but it’d be nice to be confident and charming and all of those other things.
“David?” a voice asked, jolting him out of his thoughts. He looked over to see Olivia standing there. She gave him a warm, albeit slightly uncertain smile. They hadn’t really spoken since he fucked her in that hot tub, but David couldn’t help but feel his pulse speed up looking at his busty blonde former babysitter.
“Olivia? Uh… yeah, what is it?” David asked.
“Do you have a partner yet?” Olivia wondered. “People are pairing off pretty quickly, it looks like.”
“Uh, no, I don’t have a partner yet.” David said, trying not to glance down at Olivia’s magnetic cleavage. “Do you wanna partner up?”
“Sure, let’s do it.” Olivia smiled.

Danielle steered well clear of her husband, intent on not partnering up with him. Like she’d told Rachel and Claire, she had been fairly surprised by the changes she’d seen in him recently ever since he and Jenson took on his niece Alexis as their personal assistant. Less time stressing about work and more time able to rest and relax, she supposed.
Whatever it was, she couldn’t just instantly forgive him for all those years of ignoring her. He’d have to do some serious groveling to get anything near forgiveness, she thought smugly to herself.
She spotted Evan going around asking people if they were paired up yet, but she decided against that. Probably wasn’t the best plan to be pairing up with the teenager she’d fucked in an arcade bathroom. Even if it had been a good fuck.
She spotted Evan asking the two younger Barnes sisters if they had partners, but they seemed to be each other’s partner, and Evan nodded and walked off. With a sudden realization, Danielle looked around and did a quick headcount. Oops.
Her ditzy little sister had neglected to mention this was a partners thing, and Danielle was pretty sure an uneven number of people had agreed to participate.
Most people were standing in pairs by this point, but she spotted Rachel’s husband Jenson standing by himself, clearly also looking for a partner. He was standing fairly near Rachel, so Danielle thought amusedly he must have asked his wife to be his partner expecting an easy yes and been told no.
Not wanting to endure Daphne’s assuredly relentless teaching if she wound up as the odd one out, Danielle walked up to Jenson, who smiled at her as she approached.
“Hey, Jenson.” Danielle smiled. “You wanna pair up?”
“I’m guessing you already knew Rachel went with Claire?” Jenson chuckled.
“I might have heard about it.” Danielle shrugged.
“And is there a reason you and Jerry aren’t pairing up?” Jenson asked knowledgeably.
“Don’t act like you don’t know, I know who you married. Mouth runs like a broken faucet.” Danielle smirked, and Jenson laughed.
“Too true. I’ve heard more gossip about her friends than I ever wanted to. I don’t mind partnering up though.” Jenson nodded. “It’s not like Jerry has much room to talk about you partnering up with me.”
“What? Why?” Danielle furrowed her brow. “Who did he partner up with?”
———
Brooklyn Robinson came out of the locker room to find a solid majority of the group had started pairing off into partners. With the thought that this felt distinctly like a bad dream she’d had once, she started looking around for Dana and David, with a sinking feeling they’d already paired off with each other by now.
Who would that leave her with? Her mom was around, but partnering up with her mom probably would be pretty embarrassing. Unbidden, a thought of a potential partner filled her mind, a handsome face with a smile and beautiful teal eyes, but she shut that down quickly. She was intent on telling him no, she didn’t want to be his girlfriend, she couldn’t go and ask him to be her partner for a couples’ yoga class. Talk about mixed messaging.
Besides, there was no way Jace didn’t already have a partner. Olivia, most likely.
As Brooklyn looked for someone who was obviously standing by themselves, her eyes landed on Evan, who was scanning the crowd with the same hopeful look she was. His eyes met hers, and he started towards her through the crowd.
Oh, hell.
Brooklyn cast her gaze around, her eyes falling on a man who looked a great deal like the potential partner she’d squashed down, only older and with blue eyes instead of teal.
“Um, Mr. Holland, do you have a partner yet?” Brooklyn asked hurriedly, rushing up to him.
“Nope, not yet.” Jeremiah Holland shook his head. “Why? Did Dana say no?”
“Um, I can’t find her, I think she probably paired up with David.” Brooklyn fretted. “Do you mind? Unless you’re going to pair up with Mrs. Holland, of course.”
“Oh, it seems like she’s very purposely not wanting to partner up with me.” Jeremiah said wryly. “I don’t mind partnering up, Brooklyn. You’re my daughter’s best friend, you’re practically family.”
“Thank you.” Brooklyn said in relief, moving quickly to stand beside Jeremiah.
She might not be accepting Jace’s polyamory offer, but she had absolutely zero desire to go back to Evan. She had made a mistake with him, and she was determined not to give him anything else, not even her time.
———
“So, you’re the odd one out, huh?” Daphne asked wryly, her eyes flicking over the tall black-haired boy who nobody had wanted to partner with, seemingly.
“Guess so.” Evan shrugged. “I don’t suppose you want to partner up?”
Daphne smirked. “I’ve got a class to teach, and that’s not going to change because of what may or may not have happened between us during a truth or dare game.”
“I’ll take him.” Sierra piped up from behind Daphne, and Daphne and Evan both looked towards the ginger, who was giving Evan a smirk that Daphne recognized quite well.
“You lucked out with her, let me tell you.” Daphne laughed, patting Evan’s shoulder and walking off with Kayla beside her.
“That means it’s a good thing I studied the poses, huh?” Kayla asked.
“Yup. We shouldn’t be surprised, Sierra’s always one who prefers hanging out with attractive men over working.” Daphne joked.
“Can’t believe she’s doing that with someone so young.” Kayla shook her head. Daphne gave Kayla quite the impressive side-eye.
“And… what do you call the things you get up to with Jace?” Daphne wondered.
Kayla flushed.
“You know what they say about women in glass houses.” Daphne tutted. “Now come on, Professor Roberts, let’s teach this class.”
“Not a professor.” Kayla muttered.
