Straight to the motel

Liz gives you an appraising look as you get in and she nods with a sly grin.

The drive is a short one and you look at the place a little apprehensively, it is pretty seedy and you wonder why they have chosen this place. Maybe, you ponder, it is because no questions will be asked.

Liz turns to you and smiles. "He's in room 2C," she says, handing you the key card. "Have fun, you two." She kisses you on the cheek like she's sending you off to a soccer game.

You step outside the car and close the door behind you. Within seconds, the car pulls out and peels away, back toward the highway. As it goes, you hear your phone buzz.

"Will check in later," says a text with Liz's name attached to it.

You walk into the motel avoiding the lobby as you feel like a prostitute. You get a text from Emily, she is practically outside...
