Lust and her harem piled into the elevator and headed down into Nuka-Town. Under Lust's reign, Nuka-Town became into the Hub for all of Nuka-World. Both for the Raiders and the Tourists that wanted to visit the place. From all the changes to the entire park she made, Nuka-Town was the one that changed the least. The only difference Lust made to this town after completely taking over was turning the Disciples' old lair into the dungeons for disobedient slaves, out of control raiders, and tourists that break the rules.
The other main areas of the park were given to the other raiders and refurbished how they see fit. The Operators had The Galactic Zone, The Kiddie Kingdom, and The Nuka-Cola Bottling Plant while the Pack got the Safari Zone and Dry Rock Gulch. Lust also gave the Pack first choice onto new additions for the Gauntlet and other perks to keep them happy over only getting two out of the five parks. The Galactic Zone and Safari Zone have been turned into tourist attractions again, but with a lot of sexual slavery added into the mix. Dry Rock Gulch was an addition to the Pack's playground for all the crazy shit they do. The Operators naturally turned the Kiddie Kingdom and the Bottling Plant into boons for their shared industry. The Kiddie Kingdom is where new slaves were housed and trained, and the Bottling Plant became the park's personal Fort Knox.
While walking through town, Lust took in the site of raiders mingling around town, just chatting with other Raiders, "helping" tourists and slaves, or just fucking them. Curie, Piper, and Nat made sure to stick as close to Lust as possible, not that that would stop any of the raiders from playing with them.
Lust headed straight for the Amphitheater, but she couldn't help but notice a little scene between there and the Nuka-Town Market. Two members of the Pack had sandwiched a tourist between them. One was restraining her arms, while another was slowly undressing her.
"L-let me go!" the tourist demanded.
"You know the rules, sweetheart," the Pack Member holding her arms replied with a snicker. "If you ain't shopping, then you're fair game here."
"I was going to the market! But you guys pulled me out of line!" The tourist started to squirm even harder as the Pack Member undressing her started pulling down her pants. One of the changes Lust made to Nuka-World was allowing the Tourists to explore all of Nula-World instead of confining them to the market. However, if they decided to explore, then they had to let any of the Nuka-Town raiders do what they want with them, which usually included bending over on command. For the tourists that wanted to shop and avoid getting fucked by Raiders, they were supposed to walk on a yellow path on the ground that leads them straight to the market. If they left the gates and headed straight for the market, the raiders were supposed to leave them alone. If they lingered on the path for more than a few seconds, then Raiders were allowed to assume that they had other things on their mind other than shop and have their way with them.
Though there were cases where some raiders were too strict with that exception, and it was often members of the Pack that take other liberties with the tourists.
