Tempted as Ash was to just go with Misty's regular hairstyle, something about it going all down sounded far more interesting to her.
"Here goes nothing." the former trainer thought and got to brushing his hair. The temptation to just do the normal hairstyle was very much there, but he ignored it. Especially once he got to putting in the orange dye. Giving it a moment to set in, Ash stared into the mirror. He could very much do this here.
"Misty, are you ready?" Daisy shouted and Ash got up from the chair. He only had one shot at getting his impression of Misty's voice right for the first impression.
"I'm coming!" Misty announced, quite confident in her impression. Hopefully that would be good enough.
