Story Updates

Greetings everyone! Since I seem to have an annoying habit to drop the story at random times . . . I figures I'd use this section to give updates about what's going on behind the scenes a little.

First of all, I'd like to mention the fact that I started this story as a two person team . . . I'm the creative driving force but, as I'm sure you've noticed by now . . . not so good when it comes to grammar or even just having clean and concise writing . . . As you can imagine, having to rely on two people to get a chapter out gives twice the chance for something to go wrong.

Recently, my editor went back to Uni so they are now indisposed for the rest of the year . . . right while they were in the middle of editing the next chapter for the male line of the story . . . So, with this in mind, I've taken the decision to work on the female line without additional editing other than what i can do myself.

Please be aware that I haven't stopped working on the male line, it's still there and what have you . . . it's just that the way I'm writing chapters after the one my editor was working means it will take a lot more time and effort to edit into a cohesive whole. I'm writing the next few chapters in small segments just to get my ideas on paper before going back and second drafting them into cohesive chapters.

So yeah, Apologies to anyone eagerly waiting for the next chapter of the male line . . . as for why I don't just upload the unedited chapter . . . it kinda builds hype for what's to come . . . since it could be more than a year until my editor can work on the story once more, I figured that's too long to get you all worked up for something.

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the female line while I work to get it caught up with the male line.

Also, I should note that once I'm done with the male line (whenever that will be) I fully intend to go back and overhaul the entire story so as to bring it more in line with my own ideas of quality . . . the early chapters are pretty shit if I'm being honest . . .
