Steve explores dominating Franzi with her awareness

After his discussion with Franzi he was willing to risk a bit more with his rules. So the next day he decided to let Franzi take part in his fun.

Rule 1: Franzi realizes how the rules affect her, and that Steve can manipulate them, and therefore her and her roommates.

Steve was curious if she would be OK with him controlling them the way he did so far and if she would go with it. They certainly got closer in a certain way, but this situation was still hard to swallow.

He was thinking about making it easier for her by fulfilling one of her fantasies, but then decided to use her idea of putting the most dominant personality in a more submissive role. There were a few ways to do that.

Rule 2: Female roommates have status according to the alphabetical order of their name, and they each feel a strong urge to follow the orders of, and to wear fewer clothes / be more exposed than, their superiors.

That was a bit of a longer rule, so Steve only had a little space left. Also, there wasn't much there yet (aside from the clothes bit) to make the scenario fun for him or to push the suggestions in any particular direction. He decided on:

Rule 3: Annie wants Steve to enjoy himself.

That should push things in the right direction, Steve thought.
