Chapter 5 by timelordzac timelordzac

What should Clarice do?

Step outside to try to lure the dog out

Clarice sighed. Champion did this often, begging to be let outside, or for food, or to play, and then sitting there blankly when given what he asked for. She loved the big, dumb dog but it was annoying standing there in a towel waiting for him to do something.

Looking around she found the doorstop by the other side of the door. The door to the kitchen was heavy and would close on its own unless it was propped open. Clarice and her housemates often had to use this trick to get Champion out into the back yard.

Propping the doorstop into the gap, the door was kept open as she stepped into the backyard. One of the neighbors had a window that peered into the yard, but the lights were out and her towel was still mostly secured. She turned and looked at Champion, crouching down to get on his level.

“Come here boy!”

Finally Champion launched out of the kitchen and towards the door. Running at full speed he skidded along the kitchen floor and ran sideways into the open door. Skidding with his feet, he opened the door a little further and kicked the doorstop away. It flew back into the kitchen as Champion flew through the door and into the backyard. The door began to close.

“SHIT!” Clarice yelled.

She moved to grab the door before it could close, but Champion got to her first. He kept on her again and began licking her face. Clarice dropped her towel as she struggled with the enormous dog, leaving here naked in the back yard.

“Shit, stop, down boy!”

She heard the heavy door slam. Getting the dog off her she ran for the door, desperately hoping that it didn’t automatically lock l. Grabbing the doorknob she twisted and pulled with all her might.

The door didn’t budge.

“Fuuuuuuck!” Clarice exclaimed.

The door was locked and she was naked in her backyard. Feeling the breeze along her bare ass she shuddered and ran to get her towel.

“Dammit Champion!”

She picked up the towel and wrapped it around herself, suddenly wishing it was far more substantial. She looked around, trying to think of a plan of action. There might be a window she could open, or maybe she had forgotten to lock the front door?

That’s when she noticed the side gate was open.

The side gate led from the back to the front yard and the neighborhood beyond. The side gate was also supposed to be closed at all times, because if it was open and Champion was let into the backyard he could get loose and run through the neighborhood.

Clarice spun around to try and find her dog, but he wasn’t there.

So Clarice was locked out of her home, in her backyard with nothing but a small towel on, and her dog was loose and running through the neighborhood.

What should Clarice do?
