What now?
Steal shit
Your stuff isn't here, so you'll have to make do with other people's stuff. You pat down the grunts for supplies. Collectively, they have a pittance, a few pokeballs and the standard array of Rocket pokemon. Those Wheezing and Raticate aren't worth the holster belt they're in; you remove them before taking a belt.
You try on a grunt jacket. You start sweating and panting like you've been running. You growls in frustration and throw off the jacket. You didn't think just wearing the clothes would be enough to disguise a teenaged black girl as an adult rocketeer, but you had hoped to get something less skimpy. At least you wont get cold.
Moving on, you start wandering through the facility. Going off the games, this would probably be under the game center, so you search for a repository for all the prizes and casino chips. Upon finding it, you take a dratini, shove some TMs in its face and stick it on your belt.
You descend into the base, figuring Zapdos would be stored low as any dungeon crawler would have it. You meet minimal resistance, but the grunts only manage to trouble you with their lewd thoughts.
When you finally find Zapdos, it's in a restraining device surrounded by scientists diligently examining the bird. You see Giovanni himself overseeing the process.
Should you fight Giovanni for Zapdos?
No, you have a better idea.
The room fills with liberated pokemon, all bristling with TM powers. The scientists scatter as Scyther swipe at their labcoats, and despite his skill, even the leader himself gets bogged down by dozens of baby dragons.
"Your turn, little guy." Your Dratini looses a thunderbolt on the control equipment, releasing your legend. Zapdos considers you a moment, but ultimately recognizes you as its master.
Leading the charge, Zapdos blazes a path through the building, frying all the equipment it passes. You and the other pokemon follow in its wake. You burst from the game center, and flood Celadon City with wild pokemon. In hindsight, that might have been a bad call, but on the other hand, Porygon is a lot more affordable now. You decide to chalk this one up as a good deed, but also make yourself scarce.
Now you need to decide where to go from here. Whether you try to separate from Jynx or master your new powers, you'll need help. The only person you can think of that can help you with the latter is Sabrina. You haven't been doing well with gym leaders so far and she was a member of Team rocket in the comics, but she's the only qualified psychic in Kanto. Reversing your transformation has a few more possibilities, each with their own drawbacks.
