Start of Training

After taking the time to examine the photo, Chouko was led over to a small wooden table.

'Watashitachi no gengo o oshieru koto kara hajimemasu (We'll start by teaching you our language.)'

The woman handed a brush to Chouko, watching her grasp it. While that happened, Naomi set down a piece of paper and inkwell.

'Dakara watashi wa e o kaite imasu ka? (So I'm painting?)'

The woman nodded, Chouko sitting down. It felt quite good. Though, she was now able to see the set of strange socks and flip flop-like footwear. But she kept any questions about that to herself. Right now, a far bigger question sat within the maiko's head right now.

'Namae wa arimasu ka? (Do you have a name, by any chance?)'

The woman looked away. Mouthing what looked like a mumble of something, her attention eventually did return to Chouko.

'Asuka.'

The word echoed through Chouko's head, the woman getting a nod in return. Then it's back to the paper in front of her. Naomi joins her, dipping her brush into the ink and lightly stroking it across the paper.

ナオミ

Naomi turned to Chouko, mouthing a single word.

'Naomi?'

Her 'girlfriend' nodded. A smile followed. Faint, but absolutely pretty. So Chouko turned her attention to the piece of paper. Dipping her brush in the inkwell, she got to work.

Naomi's gaze shifted over to her paper, giving a wink. After, she painted something on.

'Shinzō? (Heart?)'

A nod.

Chouko understood the last part loud and clear. Though, the look from Asuka brought with it even more paper to write on. Not that she minded. Especially with this strange warmth she was feeling at the moment.
