Stark Suit Malfunctions!

Peter was on a stakeout, looking to catch black market dealers selling weapons based on Chitauri tech. It gave him a sense of Deja Vu, given how he had already done this sort of thing a year ago. Well, 6 years really, given the Blip and all. And it seemed that in those 6 years, the few Chitauri weaponry that had still been out there when Peter took down the Vulture had grown exponentially. Well now, Spider-Man was on the case.

Another reason why he felt Deja Vu in the scenario was that he was wearing the original Stark suit Tony gave him. It wasn’t necessarily something he had chosen for himself, but his Upgraded suit and his Stealth suit were both in need of heavy repairs, and this was the only suit that worked. Plus, all the high tech in it felt a lot more suitable than his Prototype suit.

Anyways, Peter was sitting and waiting on a wall when his suits AI, Karen, started to talk. “Hello Peter, it’s nice to use you’re wearing this suit again. It’s been a while.”

“It has been Karen. And even though I still miss Tony, I can’t let my emotions overwhelm me tonight.” Peter spoke quietly. Didn’t want the dealers to hear him.

“That’s smart Peter. I see you’re on a stakeout, would you like me to initiate Interrogation Mode?”

“Heh, and what? Make these jokers laugh their asses off? No thanks, unless you’ve got a more subtle Interrogation mode.”

“Actually Peter, I do. In this suit I currently have 92 different Interrogation Modes, each one as unique as another. The first one you used was the default, version 3.9, Dark Knight Strikes. Would you like to choose another?”

“What? Are you kidding me?” Peter responded amused. “Of course! I wish you’d have told me sooner! Remind me to put the capabilities that you have in here into my other suits, I don’t think you have this much variety in the other.”

“Will do Peter. As for Interrogation, what would you like to choose? I have options based on Captain America, Black Widow, Agent Maria Hill, Nick Fury, among others.”
