Stargazing and a Conversation

We surface from the water languidly, our spent bodies and aftermath of our lovemaking dulling the speed of our movements.

I admire the muscles on her back as she climbs the stone against which we just made love. She lies down on its top, staring up at the stairs.

"Seeing the sky unpolluted by light is one of the reasons I moved here" she says as I scamper up the boulders.

"You see that cluster 3 stars there is Orion's belt" she says as she points to the night sky.

"They were sworn to the goddess of the hunt, Artemis. Zeus forbade any man from gazing upon Artemis or her nymphs while they bathed in their sacred pool." she says as her face takes on a menacing grin.

"The last man was hunted down after being transformed into a deer..." She trails off.

I am thrown off by her change in demeanor, "Haha, yeah, uh, well you know you can have my "meat" anytime, no need to transform me into a deer" I say with a wink.

There is an awkward pause as she slowly looks me up and down gaze lingering briefly on my cock.

"I don’t know.... I guess in could talk to the girls...."

"Wait seriously, what..." I question with some concern.

Her laughter cuts through the momentary shift of tone and we are back to relaxing on top of the rock watching the stars.

She tells me stories of other stars and constellations, some familiar and some exotic. The coolness of the jungle night drives us into each other’s arms, enjoying the heat of each other’s bodies and the leisurely examination of nature’s wonders.

I'm not sure how long we lay there before sleep claimed us, but despite the hard stone surface of the rock we drift off into blissful sleep.
